Don't use these guys, my order ĥas been with Royal Mail since last Friday...I mean it's food. Don't waste your money. Customer service is very poor. Didn't answer any of my questions.

Never to buy again. The peanuts are rancid, even though marked in date. Green dye added to kiwi slices and are too sweet. For the money I paid, I get better quality and better packaging. All products are fairly old, not fresh. Disgusting!

Can’t recommend enough. The sweeties were amazing. All the memories from the retro sweeties of our youth! 🥰 absolutely delicious! Thankyou 👌🏼

OMG! They product taste was so yummy. I finished the whole package while l was making my content. When something is really good it’s so easy to create a content as you are not faking. Welldone for the product and l hope l inspired some people.

Lying about product. I bought dried kiwi which should have NO sugar added, yet when arrived and I tasted , sugar is added and it states on packaging that contains sugar on top of kiwi.. so misleading and cheating customers.

They started off really well the snack of good if a bit expensive but 5 weeks ago with the latest order 80% did not turn up and they are dragging there feet to sort this out.
I have emailed then multiple times and I get thank you for letting me know all the way up to I have passed this onto a manager and yet nothing is happening. So if you do both them remember, if you ever have a problem don't expect to get it sorted out. They will take your money. They will not refund you and they will not send you the goods that you are entitled to and paid for

Ordered a selection of dried fruit and a pkt of pork scratchings for the partner. This was not available when delivered and some dried fruit was sent as a replacement. The other fruit was full of sugar the apricots tasted disgusting and the dried peaches were 'waxy' in texture which was very off putting. Fruit looks nothing like the adverts. Avoid this company.

The same person Rahul Kapoor runs this and other businesses and they all seem to be scams judging by the reviews.

Re the above order that has just been delivered.

1) There was no Rowse Honey included - which I have had the money taken for.

2) Any of the free items I selected to make it worth while - NONE were included

3) You sent no Fusilla Pasta which I paid for

4) The Mystery £20 box worth £40+ was not valued anywhere near when the item value were totted up via Asda prices. It would barely be £20. You guarantee £40+ value, that was not in this parcel (even less value when out of date and stale and items from multi packs)

5) It says this is parcel 1 of 1 - but then says "there are other items from your order not included in this shipment" - which is it please, is this 1 of 2?

What is the tracking for the parcel with the other items?

6) You say short dated or just past best before - over half of the rubbish I got was early 2024 and even early 2023 - you are selling products 2 years old - They are uneatable .

I have emailed and messaged 5 times and they dont even have the decency to reply. Trading standards will be contacted. Rakukltd / goodfooddelievred/ bargainbuddy all run by the same person who takes your money and doesnt send you what you buy

I’ve purchased many times from them but this time they took my money £25.94, my parcel still missing. Request for a full REFUND haven’t heard back from them since yesterday!!!!!!!

Placed order, order arrives (yay), opens order, notices 7 out of 8 bags of pecans missing (yikes). Email to request help, get response quickly asking for photos, I reply same day. 2 weeks later and several more emails (ignored by recipient) and I’m over £25 down, no goods, no responses and a sour taste in my mouth. Disgusting customer service, if you like having your money stolen with no goods you paid for then buy from here. I’m currently escalating the matter and seeking legal advice.

Add on. Customer services eventually got back to me, although I suspect only to get review changed. The missing nuts have been sent (finally); however even though I’ve previously enjoyed products from here, the customer service is left wanting, so I won’t be a returning customer.

Order arrived with no nuts and cracker gift platter and 3 packets missing from the rest of the order, so I'm over £20 out of pocket. Emailed numerous times and was asked to email a copy of the postage/delivery label on the box which I did. Still no reply. Emailed again - no reply. Once they've got your money they don't care. Would never buy from again and obviously wouldn't recommend. Was also surprised just how sugary some of the snacks were, not healthy at all. A rip off!!!

This company is a scam. Taken my money months ago and ignored all correspondence.

Wrong product sent & 0 response. I'm not surprised the most recent review also talks something similar. The product descriptions are misleading, saying no added sugars and 100% kiwi for example but when it arrives the packaging ingredients list sugars and preservatives. Have also been told "it's with the manager" but I'm doubting there even is one or they're too arrogant to respond. I've been waiting 2 weeks + with this invalid purchase.

Still not received these, ordered for next day delivery and should have arrive between Christmas and new year and it’s now 28th Jan. the said they were delivered last week, the picture is not of my home and customer service is non existent- kept getting told it’s with a manager and this has been since December that I have had this response, I spent over £125 with them and have nothing to show for it - do not use this company, appalling customer service

I ordered some nuts and dried fruit and their page said 1 to 2 days delivery. I waited and waited, it took 8 days for the order to arrive.
When i opened the pack, 2 bags were open.
I was quite shocked at the amount of sugar in every product even though they class items as healthy. The items arrived too late for a NYE party.
The company havn't responded to my recent email and decided to ignore me when I asked for a refund.

I paid nearly £30 for an order on 29/11...had email saying out for delivery on 6/12. I still haven't received the order and no response to my emails.

My mom keeps getting scammed by this company. she orders not knowing that they keep signing her up to a monthly subscription. they put an automatic monthly payment charge on her paypal for £9 per month. whether or not she gets the items is irrelevant, she did not consent to this. Nowhere on the items ordered does it mention that they will do this except a tiny hyperlink under the title "cancellation policy" which is found at the very bottom of the checkout page that no one would even think to click on. its very hidden and illegal. there is also nowhere to cancel the subscription. no login account and even though they say that a way to cancel it is on the order email, thats a complete lie. i have had to stop the auto payments on paypal itself because there is no other way. unfortunatly my mum is elderly and does not understand she is getting scammed and i cant stop her from ordering things online. i wish they would just get shut down.

Where do I start firstly ordered a bulk of honey cashew nuts at least 3kg worth ..price was good delivery was quick enough to say it was free then things took a turn when the package arrived the nuts are nice no complaints there but only 3 bags out of 20 bags where actually sealed air tight so the rest are unfit for consumption as they arnt sealed so you can guess the problem with that they won’t keep to the cell by date as advertised and cannot be stored ..when I emailed it took literally a week of emails back and forth only when I mentioned my statutory rights did they even bother to respond after ignoring me multiple times via email playing the silly bollacks game basically…. so in the end I had to file a section 75 against them to try and at least get my money back as they offered A 10% refund on a product they sent that was unfit for consumption and not as advertised in the first place …if that’s not bad enough listen to how shady and disgusting this is …my section 75 claim was rejected because they somehow managed to change there terms and conditions that they won’t accept returns due to hygiene reasons this was not on the terms and conditions a few weeks prior to rios when investigated this is the shadiest and most disgusting thing iv ever seen changing your terms and conditions to get out of refunding someone from your own dam mistake I’m more annoyed my credit card actually believed this also I have had to actually report them to trading standards now as I’m furious and advise anyone not shop with these lowlife scam artists DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THESE SCANMERS SERIOUSLY

Apparently I ordered goods to the value of £18.99. I didn't
I cancelled my orders last month because of the standard of this so called healthy snacks.
The company taking payments are called RAKUK Limited and history of not accepting cancellations and before you know it you'll see payment pending on your account where you can't take action.
They do not reply to emails. It would be a good idea if trading standards investigated what could be deemed as imoral business practice.
