A star less because of the late delivery

Upto expectations

As a long-time customer with 5 pairs of Gomila bespoke shoes, I’m disappointed with how the brand has declined. Once known for quality and service, they now ignore genuine concerns and even block customers who raise issues. 3 of my pairs are excellent, but 2 are so poorly made I can barely wear them. Sadly, instead of addressing problems, they cut customers off. Sharing this so others know what to expect.

I asked for changing of shoe size many times but nobody replied me on that

Excellent finish and one of the most comfortable formal shoes which are made in Pakistan.

After 15 days of Order i was told the shoes are out of stock.

If the pairs were out of stock, it was your responsibility to inform me in a timely manner not just one day before Eid.

In fact I reached out to Gomila Intersole through this very number that you are currently responding to. I was then connected to another representative (cell no. ‪03221974373‬ - Raja Dani), *who assured me via message that my shoes had already been shipped and would be delivered within a day or two.*

And now you’re saying they’re out of stock and that my order has been cancelled. This is highly unprofessional and *I will be filing a consumer complaint here in Quetta under the Balochistan Consumer Protection Act 2003.* I had placed two orders and was explicitly told by your representative that both pairs had been shipped. It is unacceptable to be informed only a day before Eid that my order has been cancelled.

The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time.

I ordered on 24th of may , not received yet , now they told on my WhatsApp 1st pay then we ll deliver.

The shoe is well made, no issues there.

However, the shoes size measurement procedure needs to be improved.

I ordered a pair of mules, which are open from the back, and my shoe size was measured with a double monk strap shoe. The sizer was unable to truly determine the point where my heel was located on the inner sole and hence the sizing was inaccurate.

The result is that the size which was made is 1 one size bigger than what it should have been.

Extremely slow services. Ready to wear items shown on website are not in stock. Paid in full for a ready to wear item and waiting.

Overall good, value to money but need some improvement in stitching's of sole, heel area is looks like little bit rough

Terrible fit - remade and still not right. Not happy AT ALL.

Their customer service is very great, so cooperative. They were keeping me updated about my order, at the last moment there was size issue which they resolved very quickly and happily as other brands take time for this and refused to repay us but you did.

Very bad service. I haven’t received refund payment. The product is also pretentious and showy rather than a quality, also overpriced.

Both the shoes i ordered were very poor quality and wrong size (too small) really disappointed

This is the 4th purchase made for my Husband and Son and Gomila delivered another excellent product and the service is outstanding! The team are responsive, helpful and provide guidance on sizing styles etc. Shoes received quicker than expected and team followed up to ensure I was happy with the purchase.
This is the way a company should operate and this is why I have recommended the business to friends and family. Thank you again.
