My slippers went astray, not the fault of Sowerbys who went out of their way to investigate and help. We had several conversations and further slippers were sent. Next day the original ones appeared followed by the replacements. Needless to say, I returned the replacements.
I would not hesitate to purchase further slippers from Sowerbys.

Hello Garry,thank you for your kind comments.It is a great shame and sadness to leave the High Street we were more than just a retail shop, like alot of other small retail outlets our customers were far more important than the items they came to buy.
Stourbridge was hammered by traffic wardens and greedy carpark owners,that saw our customers as a lucrative and easy income,with a council and many others throughout the country who gave very little consideration to the mounting competion of the internet,theft and abuse some shops have to put up with.
There needs to be a radical reveiw of UK High Streets because I still feel it has a great future,but needs taking by the scruff of the neck to survive. Clive Sowerby.

Great service
Bought one pair of boots from them years ago and when they wore out I went straight back to them for another pair. Got an identical pair at the same price, brilliant. Fast delivery as well.

Good boots, bad delivery service
Boots are great, but laces very dirty. The delivery service used (Evri) was dreadful, lots of misinformation given and boots arrived much later than predicted. Waited in the whole weekend and no show, despite times being given.
