Professional, personable and understanding of my sense of humour.
I'd researched a number of companies providing these services due to a health shock and had made initial enquiries to several via social media advertisements. You know how the algorithm works - 1 enquiry and several more pop up !
I had several telephone calls from companies which were all handled sensitively and personably but, Golden Leaves kinda got my humour and we arranged an at home chat.
I knew what I wanted and opted for the step in Bronze package - knowing it is price protected with the option of "upgrading" if I change my mind.
There was no sales pressure which I had been concerned about inviting someone into my home for a 1 to 1 consultation. And again helpfully and professionally discussing available services and payment options - I opted to pay in full at the consultation.
Would I use again ? Impossible to say I guess my significant others will be in a better position to "review" this when it's time for me to shuffle off this mortal coil.
My significant others have a detailed contract that has the details of "what to do next" including the funeral directors - I didn't nominate one and Golden Leaves chose one which I am more than happy with.
Golden Leaves interactions with me have been supportive and I would strongly suggest you consider them when making one of your final plans.

I was impressed with the care given
I was really impressed with the time given over the phone to explain everything on my initial contact with Golden Leaves. This was the key factor for arranging my funeral with them and there is also an option to pay 0% over 12 months, which is a bonus for anyone struggling finacially. I would recommend them for being caring, professional and efficient. Hopefully this will be the same when the time comes...

I was actually quite disappointed as I have used Golden Leaves before which were excellent, this time however it took 2 emails and 3 calls to see up another plan, going back and forth, explaining what was required, finally everything was sorted apart from 1 piece of paperwork which I’m still waiting for
