I bought one record and it is faulty as it was wrongly pressed. I asked to return it and refund and they did not reply after a few weeks. Avoid them they are terrible and not respecting laws.

Golden Discs used to be so effective with pre ordered albums, even dispatching them early to get them to your door on release day. November 2020 up to this week I haven't had a single preorder show up on time and honestly "priority shipping" is a lie once they do eventually dispatch. I keep telling myself I wouldn't pre order from them again but then end up giving the another chance with various delays every. single. time. save yourself the stress, pre order from Tower or Amazon instead.

Excellent service. My orders always arrive on time in great condition.

I used to work in GD as xmas temp. lovely staff and work environment but they never gave anyone contracts (the current staff dont have any, i am pretty sure) and there is no toilets in the store for staff. Also Poor communication between upper management and staff

I have had a fantastic experience as an international customer of this company. The prices are reasonable; the selection is excellent; the order was sent out the following day after my payment was made - superb, to sum it all up.

To people working at Golden Discs, thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for offering your fantastic services to countries in the European Union and outside of it! Your store is perfect for me, as I love to watch movies in the original language as my country offers only dubbed Blu-Rays.

The only gripe I have had is the shipping with the postal office. Don't get me wrong; I have no complaints to Golden Discs as they are not the ones delivering the parcels. The delivery took eight business days because the postal delivery in my country (Lithuania) is prolonged. I would pay extra to send the discs via a courier service (e.g., DHL or UPS). I do hope that you add it in the future!

All in all, I had a blast using your store, and I am very keen on seeing Zack Snyder's Justice League for the first time this weekend. Thanks!

Terrible online ordering system. I've lost count of the amount of times my orders have been cancelled saying "not in stock" over Christmas and most recently yesterday 17th Feb. I had requested an email when the item was back in stock and when I received the email, I ordered it again only to be told it was out of stock yet again.

i ordered a cd and while delivery was fast, the cd itself came with the sticker half ripped off, some of the case broken and the booklet slightly damaged.

Pre ordered a signed cd, exclusive to this company. It arrived as the standard deluxe version, not signed. Was told it should have had a signed insert but the packing team must have forgot to include one. Now sold out and if I want one it’s going to be eBay for £40 plus. Refunded but that’s not the point. Will never order from them again

I preordered signed CD literally on the day it became available for preorder and when it finally could be shipped because album came out 3 months later it got cancelled because of being out of stock...

Very Poor. This was my first order from Golden Discs online. I did not receive my 'in stock' vinyl record so after 10 days I contacted Golden Discs by email. They then told me that there had been a mix up and the record I ordered was not available. They cancelled my order and said they would refund me. However I did not receive any refund and have had to make a claim to PayPal to get my money back. I would never use Golden Discs again.

I've purchased two vinyl records: Rolling Stones 'Get Yer Ya Ya's Out and Iron Maiden's 'Piece of Mind'. Delivery was very prompt I have to say. The only problem- Iron Maiden LP had pressing defect. 1st and 2nd track had some screeching sound here and there...under visual inspection I could see some indentations on the vinyl. I've emailed CS service with the picture of the defect. I was asked to send a LP back to Golden Discs which is free post by the way. Few days later got a replacement which plays flawlessly. I am impressed with efficiency and no hassle returns policy. Will definitely buy again.

Excellent online experience, despite one item being unavailable, reimbursement the following day! Good communication with me with email being replied to immediately. Good prices, plus reasonable delivery time.

Manager was a bully- I was harassed so much I was pushed out of my job.
He has absolutely no respect or consideration for his staff and thought it was okay to curse and shout in my face multiple times.
I wouldn’t recommend going for a job there, manager has no people skills and is too highly strung/stressed to be in control.
Toxic environment.

l had great experience in Golden discs Dundrum, l was looking for particular Dvd movie' and this store had it, a staff member brought me to section where it was, so l got the movie that was looking for. Very friendly staff with strong attention to detail.

I always love going into a Golden Discs for a browse, but while they’re shut, the online service is excellent. They have a good choice and online search, and after ordering two CDs on Sunday afternoon I received them on Tuesday morning. Great service.

I got a faulty pair of earphones and they didn't hesitate to help me out. They respond super fast, they're super friendly and so easy to communicate with!

Excellent store, great selection and all orders shipped out quickly. Unfortunately I experienced an issue with one of my LPs but customer service was brilliant and did their best to resolve it. Free delivery over €50 and free returns if any issues which is fantastic. Highly recommend.

I ordered a new record player stylus. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong part. Cannot fault GD service from delivery to returns process. Excellent
