You will never receive your products
You will never receive your products. They will not answer any emails, which is the only way to contact them. Gave up after two months and disputed the transaction with my bank to get the money back. Also reported to BBB. Don’t waste your time with this company. Total scam.

Got charged for the order on 1/10. Received email on 1/14 that order is being sent. After the 1st of Feb, sent email asking where my order was and got no reply. Now on 2/10, still not received product.

I ordered a keyboard case for my iPad Pro 11" just before Christmas. While it took a few weeks to arrive< I figured that was due to the holidays. It was OK for a few weeks, but the keyboard stopped connecting to my iPad. Although I tried numerous times to reconnect, the Bluetooth would NOT enter pairing mode on the keyboard.
I tried contacting customer support using the form on their website and waited a few business days for a response, but none arrived. My next step was to email support@, thinking that the web form had not been delivered (or even read). Still no response.
With no phone number, it's impossible to reach out in any other way. So much for the "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" posted on their website!

Order payed for and never recieved
I placed an order on January 1st 2025. It is now February 7th. Was never able to access a tracking number because it kept saying that the number was invalid. Money of course was taken immediately.Kept being assured that it was on its way and would send the right tracking info. Now being ghosted

I have contacted them over 30 times. I disputed the charge with my bank. And they have stopped replying to emails. This is a fraudulent company. Once I seen they blocked me I knew something was up. Please do not waste your time. They are fraud

I ordered a iPad case January 21 with a 10 day delivery. It’s February 3rd. I still haven’t received it and I do not have tracking. I emailed them January 30th and still haven’t received a response. I emailed them again today. Hopefully they respond but from the looks of the other reviews their emails aren’t much help.
AVOID TOTAL SCAM
SCAM COMPANY AVOID - Ordered from there huge Facebook Advert campaign the supposed Swivel IPad Case for the 13” Pro IPad, received nothing and they ignore all emails despite tracking showing they have read them.
Just look down all the reviews and you will see a pattern everyone has either not received their item they paid for or they received a totally different cheap item that doesn’t fit.
It’s just a scam that has been reported to Interpol and Facebook Safety department to get their massive scam advertising taken down for good.

I’m being generous with a one star! I paid over $500 for 3 cases they where not fitting our iPads so I emailed them many times either no response so I put a copy of my order invoice and mailed them all back with a note that I needed a refund or the right size cases and I mailed them back they did not open the box just shipped it back to me!

The order was never delivered to me. I am NOT paying for something I DID NOT receive; it makes no sense. I have a ring doorbell that does not show any delivery that day. The seller has blocked me from contacting them via email, Facebook, and Facebook Messenger, which shows me the company is a fraud. The seller never replaced the missing item nor have they responded to my last communication via email. I forwarded my complaint to the Federal Trade Commission against Gold and Cherry!! You are NOT getting away with taking advantage of honest consumers.

What made my experience great was the customer service, Everytime i had a question they did not hesitate to answer and assist. this is a trusted company and all there product are made of quality material you can use for years to come. Do Not buy anything from this company! Total scammers. By far the absolute worst customer service!!!!! Had a problem with shipping. No response at all. Then sent me the wrong case for my iPad. Still no response. No customer service whatsoever!!!!!!

After many emails, gold and cherry informed me they would refund my money. They did on December 28 and the following day charged my credit card again…effectively taking back the credit. I filed a complain with the credit card and the Delaware Attorney General

False Advertising Buyer Beware
I received the Gold & Cherry iPad Keyboard Case along with a “protective case” in a separate envelope and was very disappointed to find that when trying to attach my iPad to it, it wouldn’t hold. Evidently the case was manufactured without magnets. I emailed G&C and immediately received a response on the return process. I followed the procedure as instructed and returned the item. I received a follow up email that the company received my return and would be processing a refund - which I received in the amount of $10.00. I emailed to inquire of this matter and waited for a response which never came. I sent another email message and then a third; I also called the company and left numerous messages all of which remain unanswered. I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card company and they are taking care of the matter. This was purchased for use at my church and I have a minister and church board who can attest that the case in fact does not allow the iPad to be attached and that there must be a manufacturers defect (forgetting to install magnets). The company should be ashamed of themselves not only for their false advertising but for their total disregard for responding to both email and phone calls. My last of my many emails to the company was on 17 December 2024 and a month later still not a single response.
