Hi Eden! If your card has recently been replaced as lost or stolen, the new one will arrive with a new PIN number for security. If you are ever unsure of what your PIN is, your parent can retrieve it from the app at any time. If they have any issues with this, please get in touch with us by either giving us a call on 0330 100 7676, sending us an email to help@gohenry.co.uk or through our live chat service. We are open from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week!

Missing money
I have had £5 disappear of my account with no transaction history or previous subscription/services connected to the account . I had £10 and spent £5 therefore I should have atleast £5 on the account if not mentioning previous money, however my balance states £0.75 therefore with no warning I have been robbed . I do not recommend this "bank card" as it is a scam and has many faults including theft

Its perfect 2.6% is banging if your on the other end and not paying the monthly cost for it but otherwise still a 5 star if i was paying the monthly cost it would be a 3-4 amd because theres no dark mode...
