I’m so impressed with Glow Trend! Firstly, I had been trying to find a place to buy brands in the UK such as Prequel and Cocokind for so long. I made the decision to make an order on Friday 13th for some Prequel products, and today, Monday 16th June - they have already been delivered! Carefully packaged to avoid damage. I am so impressed and happy to find a company that I can rely on to find these hard to get products. As someone who is quite apprehensive and nervous to order beauty products unless from well known and huge retailers such as Sephora / SpaceNK etc, I would 100% recommend Glow Trend to anyone.

I’ve ordered from GlowTrend quite a few times now and can’t fault them for anything at all. Quick and prompt shipping, great response times and a variety of products hard to get in the UK.
I once received an item that had leaked in its packaging, sent GlowTrend an email about it along with a picture and not even a second later they had confirmed another of the same product to be shipped to me, excellent service!
I have some prequel products I’m looking forward to receiving tomorrow as well :)

It is my second time ordering and this has definitely become my favorite site to get skincare products from. I only have positive things to say and I’m definitely going to keep on ordering from them!

Really quick service, ordering was a breeze. Packaged beautifully in sustainable packaging. They've also got some really good, niche, not readily available products for sale, which I love. I ordered a couple of prequel products and also got a thank you card and a freebie. Excellent service.

Really fast delivery within couple days and was so happy to find this as it was the only place selling Eadem lip balm in UK. Already have my eyes on next products which I also could not find elsewhere nor do those brands ship from US to UK. Started from lip balm to make sure they are trustworthy and will be coming back for more now that I'm sure they are

Honestly, from the first purchase I was impressed. I bought a serum a week ago, and within 40 minutes of purchase, it was shipped. I was honestly shocked. I received the item the next day, despite not paying for next-day shipping. A day later, I was notified that an item I was interested in was back in stock, so I quickly purchased one. I then got another email that another product I wanted was back in stock, so I purchased that as well. I paid postage on both items, as they were different orders, but I wasn't too bothered. Later on that same day, I got an email notification that I had received a refund of postage on both orders! I couldn't believe it. I was honestly shocked by the thoughtfulness of refunding the postage, even though I had not asked, nor expected it. Their customer service is just wonderful. The items were dispatched so quickly, and the items arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend them!

I had never heard of this company before. I was searching for a specific product and having been unable to find any UK stockists, Glow Trend came up in a search. I was dubious, but after reading the reviews decided to give them a go. I was extremely impressed that, despite ordering during the Christmas break, my order arrived extremely quickly. I will absolutely be placing repeat orders for my product with this company going forward. What a great find!
