This company operates as ‘GLOWBAL-TREND’ on eBay.

I recently purchased a facial skincare product on eBay from 'Glowbal-Trend', following which I experienced a skin reaction, including redness, breakouts, and itchiness, after applying the product. While I am in the process of returning that product, I decided to purchase the same product from the GlowTrend website. However, upon placing the order at GlowTrend, it was cancelled.

As I contacted their customer service live agent for clarity, I was told "We can see you have submitted a return request on our eBay account for the same product, stating an allergic reaction. As a result, we’re unable to fulfil a new order for this item at this time. Your website order has been cancelled and refunded." Despite explaining the full context: that I submitted a return request for this product on eBay as I believe it may be a defective product from which I suffered a skin reaction, although previous uses of the same branded product over a 10 month period purchased from elsewhere were suitable, I have not received a response from GlowTrend.

It is very unethical, unfair, and discriminatory practice to be selling defective products on other platforms and refusing to sell genuine products to the same customer simply because I initiated a return on eBay for the defective product. I have never encountered anything like this before and will be escalating this through consumer platforms to spread awareness in addition to legal courses aligned with legislations with supporting evidence and screenshots.

I encourage potential customers to think twice and other customers who have experienced anything similar to come forward too.

1. ‘The item purchased via eBay was brand new and sourced directly from the manufacturer. It was sold at a reduced price due to minor outer box damage, which was clearly disclosed at the point of sale. The product itself was not defective.’
** I re-iterate that I do not take issue with the minor outer box damage, which was disclosed in the listing description on your eBay account - it is the product within sold by you that I have raised concerns about.

2. ‘Following your report of an adverse reaction, we approved your return request in line with the appropriate process.’
** I initially contacted you (glowbal-trend) on eBay following my reaction, seeking assistance regarding the product’s production date and approximate use by date, even offering to share the batch number. Yet, you did not respond. I then contacted your customer service on live chat and emailed, but my correspondence was not responded to nor was I provided any after purchase customer service following your initial (and only reply) aforementioned above. None of the details in your reply to my review were mentioned to me when I repeatedly sought assistance. Responding to customers is standard customer service and good courtesy.

3. ‘A subsequent order for the same item placed via our website was cancelled and fully refunded. As this stock is from the same batch, we made the decision not to supply a further unit of a product you had advised was not suitable.’
** Yes an order for the same item was placed on your website, but you abruptly cancelled it under the guise that ‘stock is from the same batch’. This is entirely fabricated and untrue as these are new products, recently re-stocked, after weeks, from a different batch - this can be fact checked with the brand itself with batch numbers and the re-stock email I received. You also claim that I advised the product was not suitable whereas I have it in writing that I have used the product (re-stocked again twice) by the brand purchased from elsewhere without suffering any adverse reactions for at least 10 months. This is the only time I experienced a reaction, suggesting the issue is with this one-off product itself.

Such unethical, misleading actions are disheartening, I hope no other customer experiences this again. It is clear you are penalising me by refusing to sell a genuine product to me from your website solely because I am returning the defective one you sold to me through your eBay account.

The product I ordered (prequel gleanser) which I’ve bought and used since coming back from the US now it’s ran out I thought I’d repurchase as I enjoyed it however everything about it was different instead of clear it came out yellowish and the texture experience and use did not meet my expectations this feeels as if I’m using a whole different product

I love that this company allows me to get my hands on the products that aren't accessible in the UK, I never really understood or cared for "gatekeeping" until I found this website, all products are so highly sought that I don't want to tell anyone about it! 😂 thank you glowtrend for allowing me to enjoy all these fabulous products 🥰

I have placed many orders on this website after discovering it late last year. What sets it apart from other websites it that the stock is already there and will be shipped usually the same day, ready for you to receive within a couple of days. The products are amazing, prices are reasonable and I always request some American goodies that we can’t get over here. Thank you to this wonderful website

I ordered a lip product (Prequel lip visor) from this site recently as I couldn't find any stockists of the product in Italy. The RRP of the product is 14USD, or about €11.50. On the site, it was listed as €21.95, but I thought fine, they are the only EU stockists and I really wanted to try it. The delivery charge to Italy was €10,95. Naturally, I looked for some other products I might like to try to justify the cost but in the end, just ordered that one item. Then when it arrived, I was charged an additional €10,19 (!!!) by the courier in customs and duties to receive the package as they were not covered in their already inflated pricing. In total I paid €43 for this one product. Very disappointing experience overall and I wanted to warn anyone thinking of shopping this site from EU countries.

Just always get my products in time and the only reliable place to get the us products

Love the shop selection and the shipping is very fast. The only reason I’m giving 3 starts is because the products are constantly out of stock and when they get back in stock you have to buy them straight away.. but when you want several products is annoying cause you end up doing so many purchases and paying the delivery every time.. to buy all the products I wanted in the past 2 months I did around 8 or 9 purchases which is a lot! Sometimes 2 in the same week…

I was dying to try the Prequel gleanser for ages but I couldn't find anywhere that stocked it (Im in Ireland) I stumbled across Glow trend and ordered. Shipping was extremely fast! I did have to pay import taxes but it'll last me a long time so I consider an investment lol. Product was perfect. Love it. I've just ordered the Prequel half n half moisturiser. Looking forward to trying that. Delighted I've come across this website!

I bought the eadem lip balm and they dispatched the item on the same day and the delivery was very fast, I received the item three days later. The product also arrived in perfect condition and I was very happy to find it on their site as I was having difficulty finding it in the UK

I’m so impressed with Glow Trend! Firstly, I had been trying to find a place to buy brands in the UK such as Prequel and Cocokind for so long. I made the decision to make an order on Friday 13th for some Prequel products, and today, Monday 16th June - they have already been delivered! Carefully packaged to avoid damage. I am so impressed and happy to find a company that I can rely on to find these hard to get products. As someone who is quite apprehensive and nervous to order beauty products unless from well known and huge retailers such as Sephora / SpaceNK etc, I would 100% recommend Glow Trend to anyone.
