Despite ordering tickets two weeks in advance, and although they insisted my flight was confirmed, when I got to the airport, they call me to tell me they didn't have any tickets, but I could pay 33% more and then they would have the tickets i needed. When I wanted a refund, they offered to give some of my money back, and the rest of it was going to be a travel voucher to their company.

This is a total scam site, they can't deliver what they say they can. Save your time and money and avoid them. They will try to steal your money.

SCAM SCAM SCAM nothing more nothing less. Don't be fooled by the good reviews they are posted by other paid indian scammers.

This agency is a joke. You’re better off using ANY OTHER means to book a flight. The communication was severely lacking and they charge you more than what was originally booked which turns out to be more expensive that any last minute travel plans you could have.

Booking process was amazing and they actually care and get you where you need to go even if you are on a budget. Marshall was and is my favorite and he goes above and beyond. Your get treated like family not just another customer. Love these guys and highly recommend.

Bought tickets to go to a family funeral on July 11th. After purchasing they added another $400 for other fees that were not mentioned. Chatted back and forth until the morning we were supposed to leave and still no tickets. They said we were all set and checked in. Got to airport at 6 am and no flight tickets! Ended up having to drive 1300 miles and cancel rental cars and hotels. What was supposed to be a 2 hr flight ended up being a 2 day drive! Biggest scam ever! As soon I mentioned them being a scam all of a sudden our pending transaction was gone. Although we did get our money back they ruined our whole itinerary and almost made us miss the funeral. Will report to the BBB. I will always book thru the airline directly from now on.

Overall I liked Globitude Travels' services and support for my round trip flight reservation. The price they were able to get was the best over their competitors. One thing they could have done better was to fulfill my request to change to another airline for my departure flight but I was informed by another agent named Marshall that the agent who booked my flights, named Alex, was a newer agent so did not know how to change flights even though I called shortly after I made by booking. Most agents from other companies know how to make that change especially since it was still about 48 hours before the departure date. So I was not completely satisfied with my experience working with Alex but overall using Globitude was good and I would use them again for a future flight reservation.

Very helpful getting my flight setup!! Called me several times to make sure I received my boarding passes and everything was OK!

This travel agency need to provide an area where you can give them a 0. The 1 star they don’t deserve. This has been an horrible experience. I booked a flight July 11,2026 they provided me with what I’m going to say a FAKE ITINERARY!!!!!! I have no tickets and it’s been 24-48hours like they stated.I’ve been calling the phone number provided 30times. I started calling at 9:00am-10:49am NONSTOP and I received no answer. I tried using the chat NO RESPONSE. I sent an email on the site NO RESPONSE. I just sent an email to the reservations email address can you guess what happened NO RESPONSE. I have a family emergency I’ve already took the days off from work. I’m extremely frustrated with this whole thing. A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY……..

This has been the absolute worst experience ever. I attempted to book a last minute flight for a funeral and they called me back requesting me to pay additional fees. I would be happy to pay the minimum taxes, but the fees they requested more than doubled the cost of the airfare. This was not made known to me at the time of the booking. I have requested for the trip to be cancelled within 10 minutes of making the booking but they are stating there will be a $100 cancellation fee. None of this is made known in advance. I still have not received my refund and I am very upset!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE ! I paid $400 for two tickets and they never sent me the tickets for the flight . They lie every step of the way . They are a complete scam.

We were in a crisis mode because I suddenly lost our airplane ticket. Globitude not only helped me find two tickets for the right price for the next day, they were kind and helpful and patient. I will be recommending to my family and friends!

This company is fraudulent in a disingenuous way.Their peson of contact calls himself Marshall Reed, with an Indian accent.No Indian goes by Marshall Reed.
They advertise low air fares and as soon as you pay..in my case , i paid $110.Then they called me to pay a balance of $220.I told them am no longer interested and they insisted they would not refund my $110. i was forced to pay $330 for a one way ticket.Upon buying.They refused to send my confirmation code insisting they will check me in automatically themselves and send a boarding pass.I refused this arrangement but was forced to wait.24 hours before flight i request for boarding pass still they did not provide only to call about 12hours to departure asking if i called American Airlines to cancel.How can i call when they never provide my flight detail.Then they “rebooked” on a cheaper airline Frontier but made sure i read a disclaimer that any issue had to be cleared with them.I got to airport and was delayed because,guess what they made sure an issue arose.They used a wrong DOB which made me believe is all a ploy to delay and bilk me at my point of flight.Then they said they found another flight and I was going along until it dawn these people are fraudulent and i told them an no longer interested.Guess what,they kept my credit card information and billed it without authorization effectively turning my $110 one way ticket into over $500.I did not use their ticket.Do not have anything to do with this company if you dont want to end up stuck at airport and lose your hard earned money.
