The glasses were not what I expected (the polarized lenses were much darker than expected--a mistake on both sides)..Global listened to me ( a rarity in many cyber transactions), applied my purchase amount to another pair of glasses (which were just right), and forwarded the remaining amount to my Pay Pal account. The Global rep. was a great and patient listener. Would definitely work with them again.

I looked around to different websites for glasses and saw these. I figured i would go for it as long as the price was right. The price was reasonable and the turnaround was quick. The one compalint that I have is that I was notified the glasses had been shipped after I had received them.

Needed just simple sunglasses to play golf but did not want to pay 200 just for the distance prescription.. got two nice pairs for 20 !! only 6 shipping. Perfect.

I am appalled at the way I was treated by this company. I originally ordered prescription sunglasses for this site. When they arrived, they were the wrong ones. It turned out that they had mistakenly shipped mine to another customer and theirs to me. I immediately received a garbled email and phone call asking if I had the wrong pair of glasses. Okay, sometimes companies make mistakes. However, the company then sent me several very rude demanding emails asking me to package the glasses up, send them back, and somehow include the receipt for the shipping so they could refund me my money. I let them know this was not convenient for me, as I work during all hours the post office was open except for Saturdays. This interaction took place on a Monday and I heard nothing from the company. On Thursday and Friday I then received a shipping label and a subsequent pushy and rude email asking me to send it out right away. I hadn't even gotten the original email with the shipping code yet as they sent it in the early hours of the morning. All in all, I've never had such terrible customer service, or rude obnoxious emails from a company. I will never shop here again.

Shipping time info and information leaves a lot to be desired but just know that when your glasses do finally get there you will be thrilled just dont be in a rush, when they say stuff is shipping its not really so its about three weeks from order to door dont watch e-mails they dont matter but the service is good, if you have a prblem they are great and the glasses are amazing. I have bought twice already and going back for more.

Really like the glasses I chose, the price and the quick service. Unlike other companies, these guys cut my script all the way to the outside edge of the lens, not just down the middle. I'll be back.

It took close to a month to receive the eyeglasses and that is simply too long. The mailing process is particularly flawed. The eyeglasses themselves appear to be what was expected.

This is the first time I've ordered glasses online. I wasn't sure what to expect and I ordered two pair, one from Global Eyeglasses and one from another company. My sunglasses from Global are my favorite of the two pair, they fit well, look decent and the prescription seems to be accurate. Next on my list of purchases is a pair of bifocals, I wasn't ready to invest in them the first time I ordered, but now that I'm comfortable with online eyeglass purchases I'm going to give it a shot and Global Eyeglasses will be my company of choice.

Global Eyeglasses bent over backwards to get my glasses to me in a timely manner and they got them to me quicker than I thought they would. I will order sunglasses next and a back up pair for my son. I have already recommended them to several of my friends. Great experience!!!

Especially enjoyed the ability to see how I would look in the glasses before I bought them. In a vision store I can't even SEE how I look in the glasses because I can't see without my prescription. The choices in frames was wonderful. The accuracy in the measurements and how they matched my prescription was extremely accurate. Not to mention the great price and you can pick exactly what coatings you want instead of being stuck with a "package deal" at a vision store. Overall, I will use this company every time I need new glasses or sunglasses. Thanks Global Eyeglasses!

If you have a new Prescription from an Optometrist and need to order glasses I would highly recommend Global Eyeglasses to supply them.
They have a nice variety of frames for both regular glasses and sunglasses and are spot on with the Rx requirements.
I have purchased 4 pair so far for my wife and I and we are very pleased

I have a prescription that I've been using then on my last order for some reason I had to re-enter that prescription. I made a mistake on the numbers on the prescription on my last pair of glasses and cannot use the ones I received. It is very extremely blurry.
I don't know if I should mail them back and pay for a new prescription or just suffer the loss and learn from my mistake.

I ordered my RX sunglasses from Global and they are just perfect.
Don't worry about ordering from this company.

Long story short. Ordered prescription sunglasses and took over 2 weeks to arrive. When they did finally come, they were shipped in a case that was way too small for the frame...it wouldn't even close around them. The hinges were very loose because of being squished in the case. I contacted customer service and they requested pictures..I gladly emailed 3 of them. The response was "We suggest getting them fixed at your local optometrist, and the glasses are loose because you ordered a frame that is too large for you." Helllooo??! 1) I shouldn't have to have my NEW glasses fixed because of your error. 2) I am a plus sized woman with a huge head. I need big frames, especially for sunglasses! If these are loose on MY head...then they won't fit anyone. Period. And they are only loose because you carelessly shipped them in a tiny case!

I won't ever purchace from this company again. The hoops you have to jump through to return something is ridiculous, and they don't even pay return shipping! Steer clear my friends.

Order was received in the stated time frame. Product matched the specs. Perfectly happy with the results and would order from them again.

I loved how quick and easy it was to order. The glasses that came in were everything I hoped they would be and more. The glasses do not feel cheap. I will be ordering from again when I need replacing.

The frame I got was heavy, stiff, and rusted. I paid the shipping cost to send the item back and they refunded me the amount subtracting their shipping cost. I'll never order from this store again.
