This made it so much easier for me to schedule a faster appointments for my whole family!!

I was able to log in after the alert and get an appointment. I had tried several time prior and the link was not there. Grateful I can do it in Oregon and not have to drive four hours to Washington.

Made it extremely easy to find out about available appointments.

The agent I spoke to prior to scheduling an interview was very helpful. The interview agent was thorough, patient and extremely helpful.

Simple application process with clear directions. I was kept up to date with my process throughout.

The officers interviewing here so kind and explained everything very well without making you feel like you didn't know anything.

Charlotte is almost impossible to schedule for Global Entry. It is a very busy location without sufficient staffing to accommodate the demand. Their site provides info showing that the interviews are filled to a date somewhere approx. 30 days in the future but it does not allow you to schedule interviews beyond those dates.
Global Entry Alerts does in fact communicate when a filled spot is cancelled. They communicate regularly when a time opens through text alert.

The downside is that they do not provide sufficient info for the average computer user to execute. They do not provide a human or AI resource to give support so it was difficult and took numerous tries to learn through trial and error.

We were able to book appointments within a few days at an airport that has a very busy Global Entry office. A word of advice, as soon as you receive your availability alert, log in to the gov site to book your appointment. Any delay could result in the appointment being filled.

I was pleased with the ease of accessing this option for alerts. I'm traveling internationally in September and originally could not get an appointment until October. Peace of mind to get this process completed before I leave.

WOW ! I hadn’t even been signed up for an hour when I got a text with an appointment that I could do ! I must say that trying to make that appointment on the link I was given sadly didn’t work. I signed in to the link but was unable to schedule the offered appointment since when I chose the airport a pop up reported none were available until August 8. I have done “ask a question “ on the website to attempt to fix the problem. The proffered question was successful & I am reported to have an answer in 3-5 days. Don’t think I did anything wrong, think it is the website issue 🤞. Thanks for a speedy suggestion !

Plenty if timely alerts. Worth the $25 for an earlier appointment.

I thought the alert texts were great; money well spent. It was so much easier than constantly checking the website. I got a great time slot and everything has been approved. I told my husband about it so that he could sign up for it.
