Brilliant service, very happy with my purchases.

Great experience. Ordered in London from this store in France, but felt almost as good as ordering locally. The snowboard expert I spoke (Remy?) was very knowledgeable and when I shared my details he was able to recommend the right size for me over the phone. Rest assured when the package arrived (within 7 days of the order) the shoes fit perfectly. The shipping charges here are a bit too high at £19.99 in my opinion, but the service and price of the item itself were great.

Excellent service fast delivery great price

I am utterly delighted with the helmet, it fits perfectly over my glasses and is exactly as described. I did wonder if the 59-63cm might be too big given my Salomon Ranger was a 58-59, but the dial makes sure the fit is snug. The visor looks amazing and I look forward to the photochromic change. The only reason for not awarding 5 stars is actually down to the UK side and the delivery. The tracking suddenly updated to show delivery was on the day I wasn't home as I had planned in being in to receive delivery and inspect the package as directed in the email from Glisshop. Additionally, the express 48 hrs Royal Mail service was no signature and my package was left down the side of my house. This was also despite me updating the delivery request to be on the Saturday so that I would be in. Other than these failings which are outside of Glisshop's control the helmet is perfect and the price was superb compared to UK retailers or direct from Atomic. I will buy again from these suppliers but please change couriers.

Super smooth experience from start to finish and price was great!

I saved circa £35 on the UK price after shipping costs by buying from Glisshop. Boots arrived within a week of despatch notification. SCARPA Zodiak Tech GTX not used yet but my nth pair of SCARPa boots so do not anticipate any issues.

I’m not sure why you’d ask a customer for feedback when they haven’t received their parcel. So based on that, my experience is very poor

Ordered from the UK, a pair of shoes in size 5. Waited an age for them to arrive. They are USA size 5. I now have to pay for them to be returned and print out a label as they do not use QR codes etc. They DO have my correct size in stock, but they can't exchange them. Not a great experience, I won't be using them again.

I wanted to replace my HH merino base layer, the UK company from which I had bought it had hiked the price from £57 to almost £100 in under 2 years. Glisshop were much more competitive and even shipping from France to N. Ireland was quick and fairly priced.

Good choice, great prices and easy delivery to the UK. The dometic cooler is a great replacement for my old Waeco.

Excellent selection of products, fantastic value and fast delivery. Yet again Glisshop has been by far the best choice for us.
