Excellent service from first contact through design phase and final installation.

Everything from the original design consultation, delivery, fitting and quality has been great…. Really pleased.

I don’t know about 5 Stars I would give them at least 10 Stars!! Everybody involved with my order couldn’t have been more professional. Did everything they could to bring me a fantastic wardrobe. Design, workmanship, delivery times, and fitting all met with perfection. Gliderobes a great British company doing exactly what they say they will do for you and great value for money as well.

Despite personally going to the sales office and discussing the options, I was misquoted what I would get for the voucher provided by the new home builder. The voucher itself really only covered the fitting of a very limited option and was eventually told the “deluxe option” misquoted to be within the voucher would cost an extra £300. I was then offered a discount for the deluxe because of their error.
Whilst the staff were polite and tried to be helpful the experience has proved to be quite frustrating and overly expensive. I want two additional fitted wardrobes but their prices only allowed me to obtain one. Also I cannot understand if they are meant to be “fitted wardrobes”, why fitting should be a an extra cost!

I am only giving this 2 stars because EVENTUALLY the furniture looks good. I have had nothing but issues and hassle from this company. Starting with glue on the top of the drawers to the significant scores on the aluminium door frames which were unbelievable. Gliderobes took the doors away to deliver the following day to rectify them, for one of the doors to still have scratches on the aluminium upon return. We have had parts missing and nothing but hassle. Carl the manager even said to us on personal delivery of yet another replacement item today, that those that work in the factory are young and wondered why we have complained and we are being too fussy! Too fussy?? Well excuse me if I am paying thousands of pounds for furniture that I want perfect! He also stated that when they fit the items so long as you can’t see it, it doesn’t matter that something is damaged! Considering what you are paying for the items this is unacceptable. I am so pleased I never got them to fit anything in my house knowing that they are getting away with providing anything but perfect! They have taken away a few damaged drawer handles which will be sold to the next poor customer hoping they don’t spot the scratches and scores on them! I wouldn’t recommend this company. Yes the furniture now assembled and finally perfect is great, but it has not been worth any of the hassle! Go elsewhere and spend your money!

Just to clarify the reason I placed 3 orders with you, was because I wanted all my furniture to match and there was no where else to go, our only option was to come back to you!

Excellent company to deal with, from our first contact all the way through viewing, ordering and delivery. Every member of staff we dealt with were first class.
The quality of our order was top notch and our requirements were exactly what we asked for. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Everything went really well. The survey was done on the day, everything delivered when it was supposed to and installation was excellent. The result are two really nice wardrobes.

From deliberations of specifications,design,measurement, delivery and fitment the service received was excellent. Based on our experience would certainly recommend anyone considering fitted sliding door wardrobes to give Gliderobes the opportunity.
