I needed to replace a 23-year old glass panel/wood railing and after doing some online research, decided on using Glass Supply.

My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of the 1/2" glass and stainless steel components received from Glass Supply. The glass panels were delivered unscathed, safely packaged on the pallet, and in the exact dimensions based on my specifications. The 8-foot SS cap rails arrived without incident, and despite two missing spigots in the original order, Glass Supply shipped the replacements with extraordinary expedience.

It was a pleasure working with the customer service team at Glass Supply, and I will be happy to recommend Glass Supply to any of my neighbors here in Port Townsend.

Excellent Product and Company
The shipment I received which included custom cut glass for two table tops and a glass mirror arrived in flawless condition. The protective packaging was the best I have seen for shipping and the only snag although minor was a 4 week delay in shipping which I suggest you confirm before ordering. All in all I would not hesitate in ordering from this company again and I would highly recommend to anyone considering a custom glass purchase

Customer support is non-existent. Phone number only directs you to online form and email, but takes days to weeks for anyone to answer. I ordered 9 large glass railing panels with the deck spigots. duriing installation 2 of the first 4 panels shattered spreading glass everywhere. No undue stress was applied, used rubber suction cup holders to carry. Went to place them in the spigots and BOOM! Are these even safe if they shatter so easliy, Can I even trust them to be around people on my deck ?

Simply top shelf glass, highest quality stainless brackets and thorough sales/install support. Very easy to install using included instructions, and, rock-solid secure once installed. We live in a high winds area and this product certainly stands up to its might.

We needed a railing that did not obstruct our panoramic view.
We live on a remote island off the grid - careful packing so that the glass would arrive safely was critical.
It had to be affordable.
Our remote location meant we needed help in design and we needed guidance on how to install the railing.
Glass Supply was a 5 star on all points.
Bonus- even though we are exposed to the ocean, high winds and storms the glass stays clean without touching it. This was a pleasant surprise.

The piece of glass was perfect for the location. The pricing was about what I anticipated paying.
I was missing all but 3 of the plastic bumpers to protect the furniture below. They were very quick to respond and get them on the way here.

The price was better than others offered and the service was great. Although I dropped the ball for months at a time, Glasssupply always responded quickly to my queries. I did not know how to specify a custom shape, but Glassuply was very patient with me and quickly provided technical drawings when I sent specifications.

Great customer service and help with getting everything sorted for the project I did. High quality materials look very sharp and are unique. Well designed mounting system allows a lot of adjustment in several axis's to compensate for irregularities in the concrete pad.

The product was great and the support service was quick and polite! The shipper missed dropping off 1 of 3 boxes and they quickly helped out to find it and had it dropped off the next day!

Glassupply.com's service and quality glass was exceptional when making the custom size mirror I ordered. Their customer relations department was pleasant, prompt and easy to work with.
The original order arrived with a small crack in it, but with my providing Glassupply.com a couple of pictures a new mirror was sent to me immediately. I even was able to use the cracked mirror in my outdoor shed, so when I'm outside and a bug flies in my eye I don't need to come in the house to get it out. I use the mirror in the shed🙂. Thanks,
