Placed a simple order for glass on 05/21/24 waited two months. Received an email 7/22/24 order was canceled. What a waste of time!!!

Very happy with our new deck railing. After taking some measurements we were quickly able to configure the railing on the Glassupply website. It's nice that everything can be done online. Only issue is that the carrier (Day & Ross) had issues unloading the glass panes and forgot to unload the spigots. Had to wait a few extra weeks while Susy at Glassupply tried to sort out the missing hardware with Day & Ross. She arranged to ship replacement spigots free of charge while she tried to locate the missing hardware with Day & Ross.
Glassupply gets 5 stars from me.
Day & Ross gets a big goose egg.

This company responded right away to my initial email question regarding code compliance. Follow-up emails were also answered within a day. The panels turned out great, and they are reasonably priced. I used spigots for hardware, and these were very durable and stylish. All told we are very happy with the final result.

There has been excellent customer service throughout my build. I initially emailed before construction began, asked the pre build questions, and it seemed I just had more and more questions as time went. The sales team was diligent with getting back to me, and continued to answer every question I threw out. Finally it was time to order. Order went smoothly, shipping did as well. Everything arrived in a timely manor! As a DIY, I was very appreciative throughout the process to have good support. After Installation was complete, I have gotten nothing but complements! It went together VERY well, and I am definitely a stickler for small details! My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the glass and hardware. I made the right choice on the company I chose. I would absolutely purchase again.

Excellent CS...looking to replace a glass shelf in our credenza. Provided measurements, thickness and opted for the tempured bronze tint. I wanted a raw edge, they suggested bevelled since the shelf has exposed edge..raw is generally used for framing...so glad...this was pointed out...the shelves look amazing...I'd highly recommend them to friends or family looking for custom cut glass.

I ordered a glass replacement for my garage door. It said it would take 4 weeks and it's been 6 weeks and nothing. I call customer service and they said it's been delivered but maybe it feels through the cracks. Fell through the cracks? What kind of scam company is this?? Waste of time and money. I do not recommend anyone buy from this "supplier".

Great service. We had an odd shaped glass that we needed. Got great customer support from Richard on how to measure.and all specifications. Was straight forward to install and fits perfectly. Prices were very reasonable as well

Great support figuring out a rather unconventional shower set up. Delivery to rural BC took a little longer and the very large and heavy package was slightly damaged (the glass panels were unharmed) and some hardware was missing. We had great support from production and shipping to receive the missing pieces. Install was straight forward and we're very happy with the finished set up.

We had to rebuild an outside deck and at the same time meet in-ground pool fencing regulations. We decided on a glass fence and after researching suppliers we found Glassupply. We were lucky we did. Every part of the customer experience was great from sales to delivery and post sale customer care, all top notch. We highly recommend them.

From the online do it yourself planning, the support from customer service and the quality product they supply, I am very impressed. We installed a glass railing at the top of our stairs which opened up the space in our living room and let light down the stairs. This product is great and so easy to install. Follow the install requirements and you have an engineered railing that meets our building code (BC). I would recommend this to anyone that likes clean lines and sturdy construction.

The staff at glassupply were absolutely the best! It’s was a long process on our end to get old flooring removed and replaced with several drawing revisions required. They coached me through the process and were ultimately patient.
So, will I use them again? That’s a guarantee!! Would i recommend them to others? Yep, them, and only them!!
