Total scam. Save your time and energy and just order in person somewhere that will use your insurance properly/ensure your prescription is actually on the lenses you ordered.

I can't drive, so I looked on line. You accept Humana, have a great selection of frames [my family likes the Ralph Lauren Polo], and the lenses are a lot better than the ones I got from a retailer a few years ago.

And of course the price was great.

The paper work enclosed showed the great details you pay attention to!

Worse customer service ever! They insisted that I email them my doctors rx and info which I did twice. I even called. After 3 times, I canceled my order. 17 days later I still have not received my money back (which they take immediately) now I have to dispute the charges with my bank.

Had issues finding my insurance. Didn't quite understand the billing process as to why I owed and total price. Delivery was fairly fast. Never saw the frame color. Glad I like blue.
