Customer service was outstanding. Always able to speak with someone who answered any questions I had. My door is beautiful and the quality is amazing. I will be ordering again . Thank you Omar, Mabel and Maria. You are a great team and the shipping company you deal with was also outstanding.

Customer service has been great with follow-up emails and updates to ensure I get my shipment. They’ve been very proactive as the piece I need is critical to my door and its functionality. The representative (Mabell) was prompt with her responses to my inquiries via both telephone and emails.

First, our closet doors showed up without any notice from the delivery company (good thing I happened to be home) and they were completely damaged. The package was refused before it even came out of the truck. Chalk that up to poor packaging combined with poor handling by the delivery company. Months later, the replacements showed up (with a whole 30 minute warning this time). The doors still had a little damage but in an area I felt I could hide it. Plus, I didn't want to wait anymore. Ok, great! I can finally install this and move on with my life, right? NOPE!! The panels were too tall to fit in the space as advertised. They tried to explain things to me like I was some elementary school dropout. I sent them picture evidence of my claim. This is a trapped height opening. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to subtract the hardware dimensions and come to a remainder for a proper panel dimension. They obviously did not do this correctly. Talk about elementary school dropouts. After many emails with the company (no one ever wanted to pick up a phone and call me), they told me "the panels are shortenable". So they advertise the panels will fit within a certain height and then turn around and tell you to cut them down to fit. WHAAAATTT??!! Now I'm sure the company is going to respond to this with all their policy nonsense and every other tactic to make this my fault. But the reality is simple, this is not a company you should get involved with. They are completely unethical and really don't care. They know there are enough people out there who will not read these reviews before purchasing. Unfortunately, we didn't read the reviews and fell victim. My advice...Buy somewhere else! If you do, and have issues, don't say I didn't warn you.

We originally called Omar to discuss ordering one of their doors we found on-line, and during the conversation Omar said they also do custom doors. So he asked me to send him one of our business cards. Within one hour we received the most beautiful rendering of glass barn doors with our company logo on it that we had ever seen. It was beyond our imagination. We didn't even need to change anything about the design and we ordered it on the spot. The entire process was so smooth and we received the best service. Their attention to detail is excellent. We would highly recommend using Glass-door.us for any custom design or for any of their own designs. The quality cannot be better anywhere else.

Scammers ! Spent over 2k on closet doors . Delivery was a nightmare ! The shipping company they use so not notify you before delivery then if your not home they do not leave the item and try to extort 100 bucks for re delivery . The doors are not even close to the color you choose and returning is a nightmare. 3 door sets only come with two tracks so you need to spend another 200 for third track . Now I have to pay someone to sand and re stain. Horrible company !

We ordered a door in July. It was shipped in October but the shipping company never delivered it because it was poorly packaged. We were told that a new door would be shipped to us within 20-25 days. After another delay and zero confirmation of when we’d get a new door, we decided to cancel the order. At this point they are not answering our calls or emails. Obviously they have no intention of give us a refund or a door.

Like others you see here, I can't recommend doing business with this company. They also took our money, shipped a door that was supposedly shattered in shipping and then it took many days to get a response. In the interim, we disputed with charge with our credit card company and I later regretted letting that lapse as they later claimed they never go the money back from the bank after agreeing to a refund. We are 7 months on now and my next recourse after posting this review here and at Google is to seek redress in small claims court. Terrible communication, follow through, and bad compnay to do business with.

The company was In close contact with us throughout the construction process of our shower screen. It turned out beautifully, and we’ve had numerous compliments on it

I was a bit hesitant to make a purchase from this company with the less then stellar reviews. I did contact them and had a phone and then email conversation about the mirrored sliding door I wanted to order for our Master Bathroom remodel.

Once I was assured that I was ordering the correct product and accessories, I placed the order. When the door arrived it was delivered in perfect shape but the accessories were missing and was delivered a few days later after I had called to inquire.

The door was installed by a master cabinet maker from Europe. The instructions were all in metric which was easier for him to understand.

Unfortunately the instructions were incorrect in multiple areas. Nothing that he could not correct for. I can see how this would cause a DIY a significant issue.

The supplied screws were not used as he felt that they were too small of size and not long enough for the weight of the door which is very heavy. Off to Home Depot for the correct screws.

The mirrored sliding door is impressive to say the least.

I am very pleased with my custom sliding barn door. It came as described and it's well built and looks great!

BEWARE This is by far the WORST buying experience I have ever had. I have built and renovated multiple homes, have worked with dozens of companies.

Ordered a glass door. It took super long to ship. Arrived in good shape. When my installer installed it (professional), they noticed the bore holes to slide the door did not match the website description. This was noticed after it was hung - sometimes things like this aren’t noticed until worked on. Totally common.

I tried to contact the company for a solution. They refuse to work out anything, are harassing and aggressive in their communications, and refuse to take ownership for their product issue. TOTAL LACK OF INTEGRITY.

There is no way this company will stay in business with operating principles and personnel like this.

Ordered a door the beginning of June, was told it could take 67 days, it’s now going on 100. They will not answer the phone. They emailed us the middle of August to day it was ready to be shipped, never received a tracking number. Two more time when we called we were told it was in the warehouse waiting for a carrier to pick it up. Then they just quit answering the phone when we called to check on the tracking info. Still waiting. Save yourself the frustration and inconvenience of dealing with this company. I noticed 25% of there reviews were similar to our experience. Don’t be their next casualty.

I love this doors, great quality, this are realy good doors, delivery on time, we bought 2 doors for the kids room, one with 2 mirrors and one with a single one. Costumer service is great and they answer your questions in person when needed.

This company basically accused my company if being negligent in installing their product.
Nothing could be farther from the truth and they wanted nothing to do with knowing what actually happened. Nor do they apparently have any intention of standing behind their product.
We have good reason and cause to believe their product was defective and not safe.

Absolutely do not recommend using this company whatsoever

I would not recommend this company. I purchased a beautiful glass door from Glass-door.us. The website said it would be shipped in 30 days. It took over 60 days to ship. Before it was delivered the freight company called me and said that the door had arrived to them shattered. I ordered a second door. Once it arrived my contractor, who is very experienced and skilled, lifted the door and placed it very gently on the ground. The door shattered into a million pieces. There was obviously a defect of some kind in the glass as a normal glass door would not shatter like that. I'm so thankful that he found it right away and it didn't shatter after it was installed and I was in the shower!! So scary!
The company refused to replace the second door. They were not understanding or helpful in any way. I asked for a refund and they refused. I will never use this company again and suggest that you don't either!

Beware- 3rd party seller to Overstock- DO NOT DO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!!!!

Ordered a closet door from them through Overstock with a 1600+ price tag and followed the measuring recommendation exactly/ it said to measure 1-2 inches more. It took 12 weeks to arrive. And it does not fit.

I emailed Overstock- they told me to email the supplier. I reached out to Otto-Sohn and they said they Do not take returns.

I’ve been back and forth with them several times. No apologies- no attempts to make it right- this was NOT cheap and they’ve made no attempts to fix - I followed the measurement instructions they provided to select my size. They say it was custom made- if so then why are there Only 2 height choices provided.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!! AND DO T FEEL SAFE THAT YOU’LL BE COVERED BY OVERSTOCK. THEY'LL JUST HANG YOU OUT TO DRY AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY.

I love love love my new closest doors for my foyer! I spent a great deal of time searching online for quality wood framed doors for my closet. That's when I discovered Otto & Sohn. Not only do they offer quality products, but they also offer custom painting in a huge variety of colors at no extra cost. My motif is southwestern, and I had the doors painted in Orange Vermilion. They go perfectly with my décor. I highly recommend Otto & Sohn for your closet door needs! I'm thrilled!

We recently purchased a decorative frosted glass sliding door from Omar at Otto & Sohn to cover the opening to the laundry room. Omar explained the process over the phone and we placed our order online. It arrived when we were told it would and was carefully packaged. The hardware we chose was on backorder, but Maria in Customer Service kept us informed and responded quickly when we emailed her with questions. Everyone at Omar & Son was helpful and pleasant to work with throughout the process. We love our new door!

Three years ago, we bought a glass-panel, sliding barn door from Otto & Sohn for our bathroom remodel. The door was the perfect complement to our contemporary design, and we enjoyed going through the huge selection of possibilities to find exactly the right design for us.
It is much higher quality than anything I was able to find locally, and the price point was excellent.
The door arrived right on time and in perfect condition. It has held up beautifully over time, not scratching or smudging like other products. We have also received excellent customer service from Otto & Sohn.
Highly recommend!
