Delivery not recieved June 2026
I was due to recieve my 3rd box at the beginning of June however after checking my tracking number this one did not arrive due to an 'issue with the postal address'.
After several emails aver a period of early 2 weeks (with no response from Glamour Box) and a phone call to customer services lasting over half an hour I was told that my box has now been 'authorised by a supervisor' to be resent to me at the correct address - seeing as my address has not changed from the last 2 deliveries I am unsure why this has taken so long on a call and of course the multiple emails I have sent.
So now I have to wait for 72 hours for confirmation by email of the new tracking number and of course wait for the delivery of the actual box - which I now regret ordering in the first place as looking at other reviews for the June 2026 box it looks as though I will be receiving items that I have had in my previous box.
As soon as I have received this 'replacement' order I will be cancelling my subscription - there are many other similar box subscriptions available that seem the have far better customer service and products included.

Have been so disappointed with the box lately. In the past, you'd see the content of the box on the website. But since the April box, they have stopped doing that and boxes contents vary from one person to the other. I complained after April's box as it contained a number of duplicates from the advent calendar. And June's box is even worse. It only contained the minimum 5 items and ALL of them were duplicates from the calendar. So they're clearly flogging their unsold calendars. In addition, when I subscribed the value was advertised as £150 but has now been reduced to £130. Customer service has been ridiculous, refusing the return of the box as I already have all the items. Absolute joke.

It appears they now don't advertise what is coming in the box , so that that can get rid of tat and you don't know what others are receiving. Requested my money back and will be cancelling my subscription. Glamour you need to take a leaf out of glossy box and look fantastic boxes !! Next are also amazing boxes.

Not great, repeat full size products - one the same as the month before. Half has gone in the bin. Glamour appear to be getting rid of excess stock. Have now unsubscribed

After April’s beauty box being full of duplicates, I emailed customer service to complain and cancel my subscription. They gave me written confirmation that my subscription was cancelled and yet I have now been charged for June’s box! I have tried emailing but no answer, and their customer service phone line doesn’t connect to anything. This company is taking my money fraudulently and is quite frankly scamming its customer base. I would suggest avoiding at all costs.

Misleading “curated” box and very poor customer service
I’ve been a loyal subscriber to Glamour Beauty Box for a long time, but my experience with the April box has been extremely disappointing.
Out of 7 items, 5 were products I had already received in previous boxes. I understand there can be some variation, but this level of duplication is not acceptable for something advertised as a “curated” monthly beauty box. It felt more like leftover or recycled stock rather than a thoughtfully selected box.
To make matters worse, there was no clear listing anywhere online of what the April box actually contained, so there was no transparency around what I was paying for.
When I contacted customer service, my concerns were not properly addressed. I received generic responses repeating that variation can include previously featured items, but no real acknowledgement of the excessive duplication. I was also told that no refund could be issued because “all sales are final”. Even when I raised my concerns again and referred to my consumer rights my request for a refund was still refused. All items were completely unopened and in original condition and I was willing to return the box but this was declined based on their internal policy.
Overall, this has completely put me off the service moving forward .

Awful experience of their bi-monthly ‘beauty’ box.
I would not recommend anyone subscribe to this there are far better options out there. Do not be fooled by the occasional good box being advertised.
I signed up and immediately was billed for two boxes. Apparently due to being close to the end of the previous box two month window. No notice of this or option to skip the month. There was no social media or advertising for this April box and that is no surprise. Check out the reddit discussion on this. They are apparently sending out one of 5 different boxes all full of nothing you would want and certainly not worth £29 never-mind what they claim it is worth.
I have not opened this box based on the online reviews being so sad and disappointed. I have looked online and as I am within the 14 day window and the box is unopened, I should be allowed to return the box and be refunded but they simply send the most insultingly patronising emails saying they don’t want to.
I would not have bothered at all if I had known. They put a lot of brands in these boxes ‘premium’ yet are made specifically for these subscriptions. It’s a lot of rubbish with the occasional decent product. Spend the £29 on picking products you would actually want.
I used to buy and read Glamour magazines growing up so to see this is how they operate is beyond disappointing.

Signed up for the beauty box which was a fantastic box. The billing is supposed to be every other month but I was immediately charged the following month and that box was sold out. Got a nonsense response from customer service. They were happy to try scam an extra months payment for no product.
Had they not done this I would have kept the subscription, unfortunately it looks like this is a common issue and it is completely illegal. I recommend anyone else who has been scammed to raise a complaint via PayPal or a bank chargeback and look into your consumer rights.

AVOID the Beauty box. Usually good value but I’ve just had payment taken and received the EXACT same box and products as I did 2 months ago. Customer service are also refusing to help.
Total scam
Total scam! They took two payments on two consecutive days for beauty boxes when I subscribed to a bimonthly subscription once every two months. They refuse to give me a refund or accept the second box back. They are also lying about when I placed the first order even though I have their own invoices and payment statements with dates on it for proof of purchase.

Ordered the advent calendar. Not only was it extremely late so missed the first week but the items are almost laughable. They just shove excess stock of any tat in the boxes.. I got duplicate cheap body butter and a hideous daisy chain ‘phone strap’ (for a young child) that snapped upon taking out the box. And a child’s scrunchie. So far two of the same body butters are the only usable items for £132. Customer service do not reply beyond ‘yeah that’s frustrating’ 3 days after contact.
