Absolutely awful company to deal with
Absolutely awful company to deal with. Please do not use!! Fighting for a refund which they said they would and then wouldn’t give. There service team members are so rude!!

You ignored my email and then I contacted you through messenger which took days to respond, which you were already abrupt with me. I have the messages to prove this! You advised me saying I needed this hose for my shower head which was £150 and leaking. I received it to find I needed to pay extra for an adapter. I rang up to find your colleague hung up?! Did they not? I rang back to ask to speak to the manager which I am assuming is you replying to this, to find you continued to argue with me. You did refuse to give me a refund several times because I was requesting my postage back also and postage to send it back , as it’s not fit for purpose. You denied this request and refused to help this situation. I was only rude back and spoke to you in the same tone as you spoke to me but I am the abusive one? You have broke your consumer rights so don’t come on here saying you offered a refund because you point blank refused numerous of times! Stay away from this god awful company and do not buy there eco shower head- it’s a massive waste of money!!

In response to the latest reply from prostyling. I was told it would take probably 20 minutes to contact DPD, and the reply says 1 hour? Just to confirm I rang 1 hour and 25 minutes after the original call, so yes there has been some confusion on the timeline of my promised phone call with details of where my order was. I rang pro styling today at 13.06(Monday 9th March 2026). The phone rang for approx 50 seconds before I it went to answer machine. I then rang on my friends phone and it was answered within 10 seconds(certainly seems like my number was recognised and not answered???). On asking where my order was remembering that I was told 4 days ago it would be on express delivery!!! I was told the order had been called back because I had opened a dispute with PayPal my choice of payment method. The girl didnt even look into my order details but obviously knew who I was. I had filed a dispute because I was without my order and had been fobbed off. I dont know how my order could've been called back when it was lost and nothing else had been sent. This firm are obviously good at excuses, and I was lucky enough to get my money back, reviews on here suggest others were not so lucky. Losing orders seems to be a regular occurrence with this firm!!!! So I would just like to advise anyone buying from this firm(if you want to risk it) to use a protected form of payment method so you can raise a dispute and have a better chance of receiving a refund. I personally will not be using this firm again, they even sent emails asking me to buy hair dryers I had looked at when placing my original order, but still hadn't delivered something I had paid for. I have no intention of taking on board their excuse for an apology and explanations either, trying to blame a customer and not taking responsibilities for their incompetence.

Absolutely thrilled with ProStyling! I’ve been using their shampoo and conditioner for over two years now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Before discovering this incredible brand, I was using supermarket shampoos, thinking they were good enough. How wrong I was! My hair is noticeably healthier, thicker, and bouncier than it has ever been. The formula is so gentle yet effective, and it leaves my hair feeling clean, refreshed, and full of life. I can’t imagine using anything else now. ProStyling has completely transformed my hair care routine, and I will never go back. I ordered £1600 of Pro Care trollies, there was a short delay and the very helpful lady sorted it out where they ere delivered next day - it was a delivery on two pallets so not a regular order - great Customer service - I would thoroughly recommend, David Youll Hair, Paignton.

Brilliant company to deal with
Brilliant company to deal with. It is my go to one stop shop for all things for bridal hair and running my education courses. Highly recommend to all of the stylists I speak to. The volumise:it is fantastic and I love my nishida grips and weave:it’s for every hair up I do. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, they have even went the extra mile to ensure I receive stock on time 👌🏻

If I could leave no stars I would. Made an order and DPD were delayed past our closing time both times they tried to deliver. We also have our hours clearly displayed with DPD.
Order was sent back and we are now being told we will only receive a refund minus a handling fee and postage.
This is absolutely not our fault and to be told we have to foot the bill is totally unacceptable. We will be sure to never ever use your services again.

I've called them several times, but no one answers. I left messages and sent emails, but never heard back from them. I would say to avoid this seller if you can; they have very poor customer service.

Missing order no help / refund / replacement
I ordered a pair of scissors on 11 December and they still haven’t arrived. I’ve sent 4–5 emails chasing this up and received only one vague response saying they would “look into it” — with no follow-up at all.
There has been zero effort to resolve the issue, no updates, and no explanation. I’ve had to do all the chasing myself. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Avoid the company!!!!
Well I've ordered three different sizes of brushes Olivia garden on 20th of November. I've paid for them the amount of 58.95 including the delivery. It was a specific style of brushes that i wanted so was looking forward to receive them. I've been waiting for two weeks and checking constantly the delivery company website and was saying that the package has not been received from the pro styling. Anyways i decided to phone them and at some point I've got them after two days. Unfortunately the brushes was not the ones I was looking for. I thought I've ordered the XL ones because the website obviously wasn't updated. Not my fault I've ordered thinking are the ones that I was looking for. Anyways I've decided to send them back but again wasn't any easy way to do it only by phone and sending me a return form to complete and print it and sending them back paying the delivery fees as well. Another hassle of time and too much stress doing all this especially when you don't have a printer and as a full time hairdresser on a very busy month.I Finally managed to send them back paying another 5 pound for delivery fees. On the package with the brushes was a note that was explaining that wasn't my fault ordering a specific product and receiving something different than what was the website advertised so I asked kindly for a full refund. After that waiting for almost a week I had to phone them again and they confirmed that they've received the package two days ago and I will get refund within couple days. Right I've got back on the 19th of December the amount of 48.60 ten pound less. I've decided to email them and telling them it's a mistake on calculation and offer course I never got a clear response. I'm trying to say what kind of company keeps ten pound from the amount that should been refund. Instead of apologising and offering at least free returns and full refund keeping my money. Is this a joke?? Of course im going to report it to the bank it's not about the ten pound is because the don't respect the customer. Avoid this company
