I started using GK in Australia and wanted to continue upon my return to the U.K. I emailed to enquire and within 30mins had an account set up and all of my questions answered. Mathew was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions promptly and helped me get everything set up. I loved learning and using the GK products and can’t wait to bring it to my clients back in the U.K.

I contacted Customer Care when I thought was after hours, just trying my luck, but to avail, CSR Mark was very helpful. Best of all, it was through Facebook Messenger! So convenient! No waiting on hold via the phone, just straight to problem solving. Amazing experience!

Daniel, the GK rep, is absolutely awesome! I have been using GK for 15 years, so when I moved to a different state and could not find a salon that carried GK hair products, I panicked! It was my first experience with GK directly from the official web site without any intermediaries (salons/ boutiques). The first thing that I want to mention is mobile app which was very easy to use and make an order. Unfortunately, beauty salons around my area did not have any of products that I chose, so I texted customer service in WhatsApp. Second thing that surprised me was immediately reply from customer service. Tim (GK representative) asked me correctly and delicately about the issues that I had and gladly helped me with everything. Moreover, Tim and GK company gifted me free shipping due to the fact that I had some problems with picking up my order. Million thanks to Tim and GK for solving my problems and making me feel important.
Truly recommend GK not only because of mast-have and brilliant-working products but also the company cares about every person who interacts with them.

Hadn’t used GK in years and tried to get a hold of a distributor- they found someone within minutes to help and I was able to get my GK product just in time to do a keratin treatment on a client!

I have been using GK for 5+ years now. I specialize in the smoothing treatments BECAUSE they work so wonderfully. I have all 3 systems, the resistant, curly and the best. 99% of my clients use the resistant and absolutely love the results they can achieve with the treatment. I have one client that I use the curly version on and one i use the best on. I recently changed salons and had to search for a place that I could use whatever products I wanted because I would have lost a lot of Clients if I wasn't able to use this brand. As for styling products they have seriously done something right! I've searched my whole life for products that keep my ringlets in check. I'm not sure what I or my clients will do if they ever change. Thank you so much for providing such amazing products!
