I have always been vey happy with the service from Gillies. The staff are so helpful nothing is a problem for them and their delivery service is quick and they keep you updated how soon your order will be delivered

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. The delivery was superb. The guys were on time, called ahead, and did a fantastic job. Cleaned up and delivered with care. We are really happy with both our bed and new sofa.

Laura was really great. She listened to what i wanted and helped me find the right sofa. Sofa was delivered this week with delivery staff polite and efficient. Sofa is comfy and I am really happy with it. Couldn't ask for more from the experience

Gilles is a lovely shop and provided us with a first class service with the bed that we bought. The sale team are so knowledgable as well as being very pleasant. Delivery was made 10 days later.

Robert Turner was great. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy passing on his knowledge . We had arrived at 4.45 and he spent deal of time with us, showing no wish to rush us when the announcement said the shop was to close in 15 minutes.

I recently purchased a new sofa suite from Gillies in Perth, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff in the Perth store were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, making the whole buying process easy and enjoyable.

I was originally told the sofa would be ready in around 14 weeks, so I was delighted when it was actually ready within just 5 weeks of ordering. The delivery was also very efficient, and the delivery team were courteous, helpful, and took great care with the furniture.

From start to finish, the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Gillies to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service.

They were early which Was fab as we have a dog so enabled us to get the sofa in and then head out for a few hours with the dog. The boys were polite very pleasant very professional and did a lovely job cleaning up after It’s always a good experience with Gillies. Our sofa wasn’t due till the 9th of September, but it came six weeks early which was a boost as we were ready for it. Thank you Gillies

My son has learning difficulties and finds it very hard to make a decision. We brought him along to buy a new bed earlier this year. Marcelina explained the different types of bed and how to lie on them. She allowed Robert time to try them out in privacy and answered his many questions. She was very caring and knowledgeable and made what could have been a difficult process into a successful day.

Assistant named Ethan, gave us his attention as soon as we entered Gillies in Broughty Ferry. We are elderly and sought lift electric armchairs. Ethan guided us with knowledge to the most suitable chairs. He then did everything possible to get us a good deal, and we were delighted with the end result. Caring staff like Ethan are one reason for going to Gillies. Top marks. Dan Haney.
