The service received from Gillies was excellent, both in store with the helpful and knowledgeable staff, and from the polite and efficient delivery staff who made sure our items arrived safely and were carefully placed in their final destination. We were extremely happy with our purchases, which were of very high quality and of the customer service we received throughout.

From start to finish I cannot fault Gillies. Craig was the perfect sales host and nothing was too much trouble. We looked at so many sideboards but needed the right colour and fast delivery. Good service and sound advice in the Perth store. Carpet fitters arrived on time and did a good job apart from a couple of thresholds that had not been attached properly, I had to replace 2 bent screws.

Salesperson took time with us, offered alternatives, discussed pros and cons of each option. Ordering process was clear and the timeliness laid out were kept to. Communicarions were clear, friendly and polite. The new chairs are really comfy and look great.
