Poor service
I write this review extremely angered by the customer service, or lack there of, I received today at your Hollywood Plaza store in Adelaide. I completed a click and collect yesterday. Was charged and received notification that the order was ready to be picked up. When I came to pick it up, 1 item was missing. The gentleman behind the counter was confused yet did everything in his power to try to sort this out. The lady who packed the order had just gone on break and could not be contacted. We waited in excess of her 30min allocated break for her return. We were told numerous times, by Jasmine, it is out of their control. It is not their fault! This is not the case. Jasmine, confirmed the order and sent notification, your order is ready for collection
The only solution offered was for her to request a refund, which is not processed immediately, and for us to travel to a different store and find the money to repurchase, awaiting refund in the next day or two. This level of service is absolutely appalling. We were forced to go without other items so we did not break my sons heart and belief in Christmas. I do not remember the male shop persons name but I do want to reiterate, his service, ongoing intention and genuine empathy, was the only saving grace.
