I needed to have an old pre-recorded cassette repaired: the tape had snapped and one end was inside the case. Within 10 days of my initial online enquiry, the tape was back with me, repaired, working as well as ever and the total bill was £15, including postage (in fact the charge was less than originally quoted - how often does that happen these days?). Communication was excellent throughout. George is a gem.

A very positive experience from start to finish. George was incredibly helpful and patient in his help before I placed the order. He communicated throughout to keep me updated with the progress. I hit a glitch with being able to read the usb which I supplied but he was, again, incredibly accommodating and provided a new set of files. A very personal service - thank you!

Quick and effective. I had some digital tapes from an old video camera and GHS Media were able to convert them to digital files that I was able to download from the cloud. They then mailed the tapes back (though I did not really need them -- worth asking if they do need to send them back?)

i recently had footage from old tapes transferred to cds an a promp and professional service .the staff were friendly and the cds were of good quality and suited to my hi fi. I would certainly recommend them.

My elderly parents had a number of Cine films with no real recollection of what they held but we knew they were precious memories. George gave me confidence in his service and transferred these to USB sticks for us taking good care of these precious films. Needless to say we spent an emotional afternoon watching them. Sincere thanks to George for this service and will be returning with some VHS videos in the near future!

George transferred 10 microMV tapes, most over 15 years old, into MPEG4 files on USB. Absolutely 5 star service from start to finish. I posted mine in and received back in under a week. George called a couple of times to confirm status. With all of that the price is great... many out there charging double

I have used this service on several occasions now and each time the service and resulting scanned images have been excellent. I plan to use the service again.

George is a Genius, Quite honestly we had so many of our family memories on vhs that had developed mould over the years that I was giving up hope , and then I found GHS media .The results have been astonishing as George has managed to rescue them, family xmas's, childrens school shows etc. They are now on DVD and able to watch and recapture the memories. Very professional and well done . if you have vhs that need rescuing this is the company to use. My daughter is sorting out some more so that we have lots of our memories back again. Thank you George
