Item arrived at second attempt by APC…
Item arrived at second attempt by APC no prior warning for the first attempt. My order was a replacement cover / lid for my heated propagator, It's a bit flimsy for the price and packaging paid £28.68, I will see how long lasts. The Cover does fit this is a plus. I think I will buy a new one next time.

Thank you for your review Michael, I see that you purchased an x-stream propagator lid to fit on your heated propagator. It can be very difficult to find a replacement lid to fit as all makes of propagators seem to be different sizes, so I'm glad you found one that fitted. I'm sorry you felt it was a little flimsy - that's how all the x-stream lids come, they are not a 'hard' plastic.

This was an easy purchase. The product looked good on their website and at the right price. I needed a new heated mat to get some seeds started in the greenhouse. Delivery was very fast and efficient and product works very well. Good company and good product.

Everything came very well packaged. This company really makes an effort. Every single item was packed so well it would be hard to damage it even if you played football with it. Always quick and using the best carrier company.

Good products and prices
Good quality products and reasonable prices. The only let-down for this particular order was the delivery. I paid £7.99 for standard next day delivery. I rearranged appointments so I could be at home to take delivery of the order. At five past five PM on the delivery day I received an email from APC to say that they could not deliver on that day and would reschedule. Hoping that they would deliver the next day, I rearranged appointments again so that I could be at home. Thankfully, APC actually delivered on that day.

Glad to hear that the package did finally arrive, whilst nearly all our deliveries are able to be delivered next day, occasionally something happens that means the driver was delayed on his route and is unable to fulfil his round. Good to hear that APC did notify you and that your order was delivered as expected.

I had trouble using my Internet bank giving MSM codes, spoke to Helen who processed the order, the order arrived next day . Excellent service.

Large Vitopod purchase
Purchased a large Vitopod from GHEDirect who are a first class company to deal with. The sales staff are excellent and go the extra mile giving superb service.
