This is the third time I have ordered from these guys and the service has always been excellent, with prompt, well packaged delivery. Highly reccomended.

I ordered 36 plant pots one evening and they were delivered the following morning, having paid no extra for such swift and efficient delivery. Well priced too and yes I will Definitely use them again!

Very friendly and professional service. I made a bit of a mess with my order so I called the customer service team. They were extremely helpful and sorted everything out straight away. My order was delivered the next day as promised.

Vitopod large ordered and although relatively happy with the item. It does have flaws. No sides meet the lids correctly or the base. I have contacted GHE directly but still awaiting an outcome. This review will be improved depending on the outcome from my defective item

After ordering online I rang the company to say where to leave the parcel if I was out, the lady I spoke to was ever so helpful and friendly and efficient.This and the fact that the heat mat and insulated pad arrived two days later was just amazing. Such a good company, lovely people to deal with can't praise them enough. Am using them again.

I’ve ordered a number of different products from GHE direct and I’ve always been really pleased with the price, speed of delivery and quality.

Needed spare fixings and an additional layer for my vitopod propagator. Compared to other suppliers, good price. Also able to provide spare fixings which I couldn’t find elsewhere. This isn’t a cheap product so very pleased to get sorted.
Arrived safely next day (mind you, I’d have waited longer for lower delivery price!!)

Great company to deal with. I bought the heated greenhouse mat bundle, not having used a heat mat before I phoned and asked for advice, they were very helpful, placed my order which arrived the next day! very well packed.

Bought a number of big plastic trays I needed for my new greenhouse - package came quickly but a couple were damaged in transit. I called GHE direct and they actually cared! They couldn’t have been more helpful - replacement trays came extremely quickly and there was no fuss or issue. A great experience and I would definitely recommend and use again.

Got LED sun blaster grow lights. Arrived quickly and well packaged. The lights are excellent.
