I feel I have to write a review on this shambles of a company, I have not received my goods off them even though they were quick to take my money, I have emailed them 3 times, messaged them via Facebook and Instagram but heard nothing, this is a breach of The Consumer Rights Act 2015, I will be contacting my bank to trigger a chargeback. STAY AWAY FROM SMIRK
Edit: Today (11.06.24) I contacted my bank for a chargeback and they are very kindly refunding me the money and putting a dispute into their bank account so please contact your bank who may be more helpful than you realise.

After reading the negative comments, i needed to make a review myself.
I cannot confirm a bad customer service. After contacting them I have always received the best customer service one could imagine.
I ordered the powder after discovering that they're shipping to germany againe after brexit. The products have been shipped 3 days after purchase. When the products arrived, there was a misunderstanding with DHL and they rejected the package and send it back to the UK without being able to stop the process and just resend it to me.
I contacted smirk and they didn't hesitate to help me out and just resend my package again, which arrived today. I'm so satisfied with customer service and the products!

I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for my order of spare / replacement parts, with no updates or expected dispatch date. Customer service hasn’t even responded to my email. Has anyone else experienced this with them before?

Placed an order 17th May and tried to chase up on it numerous times via email, telephone and social pages and not heard a thing. Absolutely disgusting customer service and feels like a complete scam!
Will be paying them a visit in person if not sorted ASAP!
Still no response and now been blocked from sending messages via Facebook. Have had to ask my bank to investigate and claim a refund as the company clearly isn't legit!

I placed an order on the 1st May which I have not received. I have contacted customer services multiple times and was finally advised that they had IT issues and my parcel would be re dispatched. This was over 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting. I have since sent a number of emails requesting that the order is cancelled and I am refunded for this. I have tried contacting them via the chat function online and also via phone with no luck. Terrible!

Placed an order of £69.99 on the 13th May, still no delivery as of today. Emailed and contacted customer services on getsmirk website twice- no response.
I have put a dispute in with PayPal. Do not recommend the customer support is non existent!

Placed an order and paid in full on 14 May 2024.
I have not received my goods.
The company does not answer phone calls or emails.
Three weeks later I still have no product and am £45 out of pocket.
EDIT: Their phone now no longer rings but cuts off almost immediately.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I had decided to use this company as they are UK based, but am now thinking their name is somewhat representative of the faces of the company directors.
I will be attempting to get a refund fro my bank once the 30 days has elapsed, but will send a letter to Smirk offices by recorded delivery first, to request a full refund.

Received the ultra sonic cleaner in October as a birthday present, which I was super excited about as ai was going to buy one myself. Three weeks ago it stopped working. It will no longer charge. I sent my first email to the company two weeks ago, and have sent a couple more since then with no reply. They state they respond in 48 hours. Absolute radio silence. I'm partially mad because I've just spent money on replacement heads. So I've spent £18 on three expensive toothbrushes which I could have bought from the pound shop or somewhere cheaper because the unit won't charge.

Standards have slid big time. Ordered and never received item. No one returns emails how very rude. Don't waste your hard earned money on this company. What's happened to you Smirk you use to be A class now you're scrapping the bottom of the barrel instead of cleaning someone's teeth with your PAP Pro Powder.

I ordered an ultra sonic cleaner from Smirk with next day delivery. It’s almost a month later and I’ve never received my order. I emailed after two weeks and was told there had been a mix up with labels but the product should be with me soon. I didn’t hear anything for another week, when I emailed again asking for a refund I was ignored. I feel like I’ve been scammed and I would never order anything from Smirk again.

Ordered this product to try on the 9th May and didn't recieve any shipping details just that they had taken the money for it. I contacted twice through email with no correspondence back. I raised a claim with PayPal who sided in my favour and returned my refund.

Like everyone else. Placed order 1 May. Nothing has arrived. Emails go unanswered. There is no number to phone. Will now report to bank.
I will say tho that if received, the product is good as I had it at Christmas... this time I wanted to get it for a friend's birthday and didn't receive it so cross about that and having no response!
