Once a GP has reviewed a case, we do not offer refunds, as this is similar to when you visit a GP in person and pay for the consultation, regardless of the outcome.

Once a doctor provides their professional service and issues a certificate, their work is complete, and payment is due, regardless of the outcome or acceptance of the certificate by external parties.

If your employer or institution has chosen not to accept the certificate, we suggest addressing this matter directly with them. It is common for some employers to partner with specific clinics or service providers for mutual benefits, leading them to enforce the use of their preferred providers. This does not mean that certificates from other reputable and professional services, such as ours, are invalid. In fact, our certificates are fully legitimate and meet professional standards.

We also must emphasize that requesting a refund after receiving a professional service is neither logical nor fair. The doctor’s professional opinion, based on their assessment, remains the service provided, irrespective of third-party acceptance.

For this purpose, we send an automatic confirmation containing a PDF of your application details via email and mobile, giving you an opportunity to proof-check and correct any errors. Your certificate was issued on 19th December after the doctor thoroughly reviewed your case. As stated in our policy, once a certificate is issued following a medical review, refunds are not provided.
