I am pleased with the swiftness of service delivery by Getonwardticket. I initiated a request and got my onward ticket within the next 5 minutes. I later realized I had made an error on the travel dates and reached out to helpdesk for assistance. I was prepared to pay a penalty for the resolution but not only did they resolve my booking within the shortest waiting time but I also did not have to pay any extra fees.

For all my onward tickets for visa, my family and I will use Getonwardticket and the booking can also be cross referenced on the airline's site.

Perfect - thought I’d be able to book a visa run flight once in Indonesia but Qatar already wanted to see one in Berlin before boarding. Booked within 2 mins and to my surprise went through perfectly fine. The guy at the counter just said “hm Batik, haven’t heard of this Airline before” 😅

We couldnt verify our booking on the airline's website and customer support hasn't answered so far (wrote 2 e-mails yesterday during their office hours).

We are about to board our plane and thus have to use a different comoany now!

We desperately hope to hear back and get at least a refund!

Legit company with great service.
At first they gave me a ticket that did not show up on the airline website. I emailed about it, and very quickly I got a new ticket that did work. Passed through migration easily.

I made a booking reservation for a flight 2 hours ago because I have a visa appointment and I see the reservation is not available anymore at the airline website!
It is promised that the reservation is valid for 2 days minimum and it lasted less than 2 hours!
Seeing the reviews I thought I might give a chance I book through here but this is not fair!
I want to get this fixed before my appointment or get a refund!

UPDATE 19/10/2023: Right after writing this review, I sent an email to their costumer support explaining my complain about the validity of the first ticket. I got an answer from their costumer support agent, Reed, the next day early in the morning with a new ticket with 2-day validity guaranteed, a refund for the first ticket that i will get in a few days back in my account, and I got offered the next booking for free. I can say I was very satisfied with the way they treat their costumers when there is a problem with the booking.
Till today, the second ticket sent is still valid, I could show it during my visa interview and got approved.
I will continue to use their services in the future!

I had a last minute request, on a Saturday night, to get a return from Colombia, for a 7am Sunday flight.
Reed got my ticket handled in 10 minutes, and when I had an issue with the carrier, he rebooked me immediately with no extra charge.
I went to the airport, showed them my return ticket, and now I am in Colombia.
If I had to do this myself, I would have had to buy the ticket, land in Colombia then cancel the ticket and wait for a refund on my debit card for money I need here.

A Disappointing Experience with GetOnwardTicket.com

I recently used GetOnwardTicket.com for obtaining an onward flight ticket for visa purposes, and my encounter with their service was deeply unsatisfactory.

After making the payment, I received a confirmation email promising delivery of the ticket within 24 hours. However, I was only provided with a two-hour booking, which was of no use for my travel needs. I promptly contacted their customer support, expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting either the correct ticket or a refund.

To my disappointment, GetOnwardTicket.com displayed a lack of responsiveness and failed to address my concerns in a timely manner. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, including a refund request, they remained unresponsive.

I strongly caution against using GetOnwardTicket.com for any travel-related services due to their unreliable nature and poor customer support. It appears that they make enticing promises but do not deliver on their commitments. Additionally, the lack of effective communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is deeply concerning.

Update: I am pleased to share that GetOnwardTicket.com has issued a refund for my booking after a month. While this resolution does help alleviate some of my concerns, I still believe it is important to highlight the challenges I faced during the process.

To be honest, I had a bit of an issue when trying to book my ticket with them. This was mostly due to me doing it at the very last minute in the middle of the night. However, as soon as customer service woke up the next morning, they handled my issue promptly, and even went above and beyond what I was expecting. Fantastic customer service.

The process was super easy. Hot my ticket in 1 hour and all was in order. Price and service are the best out there.

Exactly what I needed too make my life a lot easier acquiring my passport I’ve been waiting months for. Thank you guys! I will recommend and use again for sure!
