Ordered a kitchenaid mixer which was in clearance at a great deal and in stock. On Monday I get an email saying they can’t fulfil it and just cancelled the order.
Disappointed with their response, no accountability it was their own system error.
Their company mission is “determined to do the right thing” but offered no alternative or tried to make sure I got a similar item.
Support was cold and defensive rather than helpful. I don’t trust them to fulfil any order based on this experience
I ordered a Kitchenaid kettle at 14.05 on Wednesday and it arrived at 5pm on Thursday. Cannot fault the company. Absolutely brilliant and competitively priced product too.
The less said about the DHL delivery guy the better. He dropped it on the doorstep (literally) and ran (have they not heard of cctv??). Thankfully the packaging was robust and while the outside box was bumped, as was the kitchenaid one inside, the kettle inside was fine. Not what you want with a £200 kettle. Fool.

I wanted to buy another Miele washing machine as mine had developed a problem after 20 years of faultless service. Choice in the larger stores was very limited and there was no product knowledge. But Gerald Giles have a Miele dealership and when I called in and saw all the machines with the familiar chrome doors it was quite a relief. Josh knew his products and happily demonstrated them to me and I took a short list home. I discovered the machines are larger these days, my small kitchen is fitted with 600 units and the space would be extremely tight. I rang and spoke to Shani who offered to ensure that Dan, their very experienced installer, would be on the fitting team. I sent over photos and measurements so Dan was prepared. When the team arrived they took such care with the installation which was every bit as challenging as I feared. The new Miele at 95k glided in and out several times as Dan’s colleague under the sink unit rearranged the hoses until finally it went back far enough for me to access the corner cupboard. They were endlessly patient and calm throughout. There is not a mark on my kitchen cupboards or floor. I have nothing but praise for everyone I dealt with at Gerald Giles. Shani went out of her way to ensure the installation would be successful. I totally recommend Gerald Giles for their product knowledge and quite exceptional customer service from both the sales team and installers.

Totally brilliant service. We bought a new fridge freezer which we were told could be delivered the following week, when we told them we needed it sooner they pulled some strings and got it out to us the next day. The delivery team were brilliant, really conscientious, polite and kind.. we couldn't fault the service we had so thank you!
Purchased a new microwave in-store on monday , delivery was due saturday , received a phone call midweek and microwave was delivered early to my front door on thursday . Great service again .
Possible scam ! I ordered a pushchair that was advertised at 80% off I thought it would be too good to be true mans turns out it is. Payment came from my card and all they did was to send me bk to the page to place the order again. No confirmation email or anything. So this website as I presumed before is not legit!

I bought a vax steam cleaner that was promptly delivered. Unfortunately it was faulty and wouldn’t steam. As soon as Gerald Giles were informed (Shani) organised for the machine to be returned and after a few days I was fully refunded. I would use this company again as they are straight forward to deal with especially when something goes wrong, and their aren’t that many companies you can say that about!

1st time I have purchased one of the numatic hoovers, GVE370 WET AND DRY. used it 3 times and suddenly it stopped working,
I rang GERALD GILES Norwich to ask for help but I was told to ring Numatic UK as i was out of warranty by 1 day, (lost out on warranty by 1 day due to leap year, having an extra day this year.)
NUMATIC UK said the product was 3 years old going by the serial number so I was told to go back to the seller (GERALD GILES Norwich)
After sending plenty of emails and telephone calls I got nowhere with any of the 2 parties.
£243 wasted therefore will not BUY or RECOMMEND any of their products again.
I had offered that i did not want a refund or full unit being replaced, only the faulty part,
Plus I had offered to pay the shipping costs from my pocket but I was denied.

I was looking to buy a new Dyson hoover and saw an advert come up for Gerald Giles with an excellent price for the model I wanted. I'd never heard of them before and was a little wary as it was a lot cheaper than elsewhere. I saw the reviews though and ordered it and it was brilliant - the hoover came the next day, all in perfect order and I'm delighted with it and the price. Very good service and would certainly recommend!

I'd never heard of this company but was keen to order the new ninja wood fire grill that was out of stock everywhere else. The website clearly listed when it would be in-stock again and I was able to preorder. I was informed when it had arrived (on time) and it was delivered to me next working day.
