I purchased their floss and dispenser, which worked fine until I had got to the end of the floss and had to replace it. The dispenser won't hold the replacement, so I contacted Georganics and they offered to replace the faulty dispenser free of charge. I got an order confirmation for it on October 8th, and it has still not arrived. I followed up via email on October 19th and 27th, but have had no response, so I am currently stuck with floss that I cannot use and no response from the company

*Edited to add that the day I posted this review I got a response claiming that all my previous emails were going directly to someone who had left, although I was emailing the support email address that was on their site and got no auto response to say the person had left. They assured me the order would be shipped out the same day - that was 7 days ago and I have had nothing, again with no response to my emails

The new floss is stronger than the first batch of vegan floss.

Excellent products. We love that the packaging is 100% recycled and that the product itself is vegan and will not contribute to the ill treatment of animals, as it’s cruelty free. We will buy again and we have shared the details of your products with friends, family & social media.

The service has been impeccable. Delivery was fast and when I was not satisfied with the quality of the product that I purchased, they sent me a replacement free of charge once the product was improved.

Sadly I really, really did not like this toothpaste! I am not sure whether or not it can 'go bad', but it was a horrible grey colour (the Peppermint one) and tasted vile. So upset, as it's not cheap at all and I really wanted to switch to a more natural product and save using plastic tubes. Can I get a refund?

I wanted to buy a refill of my charcoal dental floss, however, it seems like the product has recently changed! The new floss does no longer fit into the glass container I bought less than a year ago (there goes the ‘reusable’ selling point…) and the floss has become MUCH weaker than before and frays and tears when in use, getting stuck between my teeth.

This was such a great product before so I am very disappointed by this change. I am really hoping the company realises the mistake and they revert back to the previous version of the product!!

I truly love their toothpastes. Living in the US, I have been unable to find a toothpaste here that doesn't have at least one ingredient to which I am either allergic or autoimmune sensitive. Georganics have been my lifesaver because they offer a few toothpastes that don't trigger an allergic reaction in me. One such allergy trigger for me is peppermint-an ingredient found in so many toothpastes (The only reason why I chose to give Georganics a 4-star rating is because they started to add mint to their previously mint-free charcoal toothpaste. If I could have given them a 4.8 rating, I would have.). I also appreciate the fact that they don't add sugar or sugar substitutes to their toothpastes.

I have used the dental floss before and wanted to replace the glass container as it had fallen on the floor and broke. I had to order a new one which had dental floss included but the floss seems much weaker than before and frays and tears when in use, getting stuck in your teeth which kind of defeats the object. I’m hoping that this is only the case with this charcoal floss ad overall I have been impressed with the product up until now.
