Good quality. Had my sonic toothbrush for the last 18 months or so and it's still going strong. My partner has also had one for a year - we're both very pleased.
Last week I made an order for replacement toothbrush heads and was accidentally sent less boxes than I had ordered, but I emailed Support and the Ops Manager Sarah responded to me the next day - she apologised and confirmed they're sending the missing boxes :)
I will say that the dental floss is not good, won't be bothering with that again until they change the way it's made.

Had a really bad experience with the customer service. My sonic toothbrush broke suddenly, and the customer service representatives were really helpful with quick response times. That is, until it came time to send out the replacement toothbrush they promised. Then they stopped replying all together. However after a few prompts and follow up emails they replied and have organised a replacement to be sent out for free

I had EXACTLY the same issue as the person below. I bought the sonic toothbrush as a 'greener' alternative to other toothbrushes but it didn't even last a year before it stopped working. It wouldn't turn on and then in the middle of the night it would go mental, waking everyone up. There was very clearly a manufacturing problem, which they admitted to and said I would be sent a replacement which was the new design and without fault. Now they've stopped replying and the customer service has been utterly terrible. It wasn't a cheap toothbrush and it didn't last even half the time of other ones I've had. The customer service has made me feel like I'm going mad, and I am very very hesitant to complain usually.

I bought the sonic toothbrush that I was very happy with, then 4 months after warranty ran out, it became incredibly hard to push the button on. I contacted them and they said that they had a faulty batch and I would get a replacement in October/November. Nothing arrived by early December so I contacted them and they said my toothbrush was not part of a faulty batch but I could have half price off a new toothbrush. I was very disappointed that they didn’t contact me to let me know that they had gave me erroneous information and also that there was clearly something wrong with my toothbrush as a lot of reviews have said their toothbrush lasts for years. I did post this review on their website, but as yet, it has not appeared.

I have been with Georganics for a few years with their dental floss. Because it’s a glass refilled system & the different flosses are very good quality especially the charcoal ones. So I bought a lot with refills to give to friends, family & myself. I keep recommending to everyone. It was really very good products.
I saw they have a discount offer so I bought more knowing that they changed the new refills size so they can’t be put in the old bottles which is not really environmental friendly.
I ordered 3 bottles & 4 refills of charcoal ones. When I got them, I was surprised how big & clumsy the bottles are & instead of the original black colour , it’s a light grey colour & like a normal sewing thread.
When I floss my teeth, it is so fragile, it just breaks & stuck between my teeth. I need to use the old one to get it out!
Don’t understand the reason why they have such a good product & change to a lousy rubbish one!

I used to love the black floss, I cannot believe Georganics updated the floss formula for making such a horrible low-quality product. It breaks and leaves strands between the teeth!!! However, this is not the worse, they update also the tube, making it impossible to reuse the older jar, so you need to buy a new one. The reason why I started to use this product was that I want to reduce the amount of rubbish I produce, and I thought this was also one of the aims of this company, I was wrong, they care only about the profit, using fake green-marketing to sell their products.

I had to throw away the floss as it constantly breaks and leaves bits between my teeth. Very disappointing. It also looks like no one from Georganics is addressing this general concern in responses to reviews which makes me think they are doing nothing about it. Won't purchase again.

I love the toothpaste powder. Works a treat! The dental floss is disappointing as it breaks easily and pieces of it get stuck between your teeth. It needs to be developed more to be useable.

I would like to start with clarifying this is s review of s product not the company (which I trust and I am very glad exists)
The packaging is perfect, the idea of a litthe glass, refillable dispenser too.
But the floos itself is terrible: it threads almost immediately and is of no use
I read there were versions with silk before and they were better

Please provide us with a plastic free good alternative!

Terrible customer service, I'm convinced they're actually a scam. I ordered two bamboo toothbrushes and a 400+ pack of tablet toothpaste in September. It's currently Mid-November and I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. I have not ever received a confirmation email, nor have I received an order number. I have emailed with the company a few times asking for an update on my order and I have been told they've sent something, still have not received any shipping information on this. After asking for a refund and providing proof of purchase through my PayPal account I was told they don't offer refunds through PayPal, but that they could send me a 100$ voucher. Since I still haven't received any product I'm not too keen to order more merchandise from them, I declined the voucher and asked for a refund again. They have not responded, and most likely won't until I email them YET AGAIN. Spend your money elsewhere, this place is horribly incompetent.

I honestly bought this directly from Georganics because it has not been available on Amazon for quite some time. I ordered from the UK but bought my US plug adapter from Amazon to charge the toothbrush! Both items perform fabulously. Shipping from the UK to SoCal was shockingly fast, and you already know Amazon had the adapter in my mailbox before I finished the thought. I highly recommend this toothbrush (their powder toothpaste is fuego too!), mine has held powerful charges and continued to maintain full efficacy for months now. Not only that but they are doing huge wonders for our environment, it really isn’t hard to support impactful brands when you are able to.”

More recently I tried the plant-based floss (after seeing it in my local market!), and it really needs improvements. It shredded quite often and I gave multiple goes, but hopefully this is being worked on. I do still use the floss jar and it works well with other floss refills. Also want to add that I reached out to the customer support team regarding the recycling of my toothbrush heads and the response time was no more than a day, and with precisely the helpful information I was seeking.

I have a huge respect level for this brand! They have only sustainable products, very friendly with our Planet. I've tryied and I am using their toothpaste and I really like them. I love the fact they are all natural and the reusable glass jars are so cute and usefull. Really like this brand and I will continue using their products and recommend them to everybody! ❤️

Since I tried this brand I love it, the product is of excellent quality, its packaging is very nice and of a good size, its ingredients are great and above all the results are spectacular I love it and I would repeat a purchase again!
