El servicio post venta es vergonzoso, hay un email al que pocas veces responden, he mandado 3 para conocer donde se encuentra mi pedido realizado el 21 de septiembre y no contestan. Más de 70€ desaparecidos porque no me informan de dónde está. Me veré obligada a adoptar otras medidas más drásticas

He comprado en varias ocasiones y ya va a hacer un año que siempre tengo gelled puestas.
Me las quito yo a los 15 días porque me apetece cambiar o porque tengo "mucha raíz", no porque se despeguen. Alguna vez he estado vaga y me las he quitado al mes.
Eso sí, me las pone mi marido (es de esos que pinta Warhammer y miniaturas) después de hacerme (el) la manicura, le quedan increíbles... Cuando me las he hecho yo me han quedado peor, pero por torpe no por culpa de la marca.
Sobre los diseños: he comprado muchos diferentes y solo ha habido uno que cuando ha llegado no me ha gustado como me quedaba y me lo quité al momento para poner otro, pero eso es opinión personal.
Sobre la calidad: de unas 20 cajas diferentes solo una salió rana, como que se desplazaba la pintura por debajo de la capa de arriba.
Sobre atención al cliente: de 10. Siempre han respondido mis preguntas, me han reembolsado si alguna no ha llegado, dado opciones si no tenían alguna...etc Hasta me resolvieron las dudas sobre la nueva normativa de pintauñas.

Mi experiencia ha sido muy buena, es verdad que algunas veces me duran mas que otras pero sé que es pq no siempre limpio bien la uña. Pero en general me encanta. Llevo más de 1 año utilizándolas y me parecen de las de mejor calidad/precio del mercado

Calidad muy buena del producto, los envios llegan segun lo previsto. Una vez hubo un problema y me reembolsaron el dinero pidiendo disculpas, muy profesionales.

Hice una compra de 92 euros.Ayer se las puse a mi hija de 15 años, y hoy se ha levantado con solo 2 uñas pegadas.Es un timo total!

This is a scam, they don’t send you the products

They stole from me… it’s a scam. They never sent the products, and I spent a lot of money buying them. They’ve never replied to my constant messages asking for a refund. It’s been 5 months with no response. Do not buy from them!!

No duran nada, se despegan al dis. Les comenté en instagram y lo borraron al momento. Un timo la verdad

The first time I tried them I bought a starter pack and thought they were great. So I placed a large order and I have to say they have been a complete disaster. Despite following the instructions down to the "t" the transparent gel separates from the pigment and I end up having to throw the away.i shan't be buying any again.

If I had to review my experience last year it would've been a fantastic 5. The main product (nails) is amazing (not as much the rest). Unfortunately the last two experiences were pretty awful ones, so this was my last time purchasing here.
They say that the delivery time is 5-7 days within Spain including "preparation time"; but I was on day 20 and they still wouldn't send it. I reached out and they apologized, said it was still in preparation and that I'd get an email from the post office with the tracking info. This email never arrived, but part of the items did a few days later (which felt that they needed to be reminded of my order for me to actually get it) after I expressed some feedback...
The feedback I shared was that they should let the client know in advanced if they are going to have trouble with their order as soon as possible; and I would know since this is not the first time. The least you can do and should be expected is for the shop to be prepared to avoid it or mitigate it, be it communicating to clients or improving their processes. The communication part did not happen.
Anyway, most of my order arrived so I went back and asked where the rest of it was (if they were making a refund or what...). 10 days have passed and still... no answer.

I NEVER received my order and they don't ask my emails, I want my money back, I am truly disappointed with them.
