I would never buy any products from Geepas

The product (Electric mixture machine) is low quality and faulty. Second time I was not able to use it. I contacted by email send a few emails and i also tried to call them several times and it went to voice mail every time. They never came back or replied to me. It appears that they do not provide any customer services. I am worried that probably I cannot return the faulty item to get full refund. I would never buy any products from Geepas.

Great toaster

we were looking for a good quality toaster and this one looked good and it is. We are very happy with it and delivery was quick as well.

Not worth for the price

Ordering and delivery excellent service.
The product is not that good quality for the price. Appears to be cheap make .Where the blades are screwed rusted already and the clip on the lids are very delicate, needs to apply pressure to close the lid so feels like it’s going to snap. The red spoon is of no use If it was a spatula could have used . Too bulky .

Was given a blender as a gift

Was given a blender as a gift, when unpacked the top was broken. Sent 2 emails which were ignored. Rang and was told I had to pay £5 to have a top sent to me as I didn’t have a receipt for it. Put on hold while stock was checked during which time I was disconnected.
Just waiting to see if anyone bothers to ring me back.

Today I found a geepas treamer in my backyard, i switch on it, it is still working even we do not charge it for last 15 years, i shocked, because my father purchased it in 2010. what a quality it is. thanks
