Fantastic product (heater) that exceeds what we thought it would do! Arrived with two small parts missing. Contacted Geepas and the spare parts were despatched very quickly. Amazing customer service and would definately recommend to others. 5 stars!!!

I recently purchased your meat grinder, and I am aware that your company products are usually of very good quality. However, I am disappointed because the grinder only worked properly the first time I used it. After that, it has not been working properly.

Worse Customer Support Service

Worse Customer Support service. Writing emails from last 4-5 days but no reply. Ordered a item last week, they took £3.99 for next day delivery but delivered it after 6 days. Even with wrong tracking ID. Won't recommend to anyone.

Geepass the most unhelpful company yet.

I received a 7L water urn as gift at xmas. The lid handle started to crack in less than a month. Still under warranty I contacted them and explained the issue. I sent proof of purchase and the cracked handle...I was told they would look in to it. I sent a follow up email and got no response which was 4 weeks ago.im pretty disappointed with Geepass and wont buy another product made by them. They take your money when purchasing but not interested when there products become faulty. The scale doesn't go low enough to give the company a rating. UPDATE. 3/3/26. All proofs were sent to Geepass there were photographs, and proof of purchase. Asking me for these details I would be happy to pass on, however my original emails must of been deleted because you would know that it was an xmas gift, bought by my partner for me due to having 2 strokes and disability. All her details were supplied in the original emails. But I do believe Geepass will receive the boiler back as we went back to Amazon and they have sent a returns lable for the item. They can confirm this.

Faulty blender/mixer!

We bought this blender in January and finally got to opening up the box and after checking the contents tried it out today (February 16th 2026) and within a couple of minutes of usage it failed and stopped working, catastrophic failure within the unit and it is now finished. This unit is expensive and there doesn’t appear to be any return policy, don’t buy this unit as it likely to happen to you!
