Bought one of the r7 helmets and it did an amazing job when I wrecked. Ive wrecked wearing other helmets and my head definitely felt it. Wrecking with the r7 helmet I felt perfectly fine when it came to my head. Lost the bike doing above 80 and the helmet took a heavy beating and it still held up great and protected me when I needed it the most. Will be buying another one again!

This Helmet saved my life!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one matters.

I was involved in a serious motorcycle accident when my tire blew at speed and I was thrown onto the road. It was violent and life-changing. I ended up with 10 broken ribs, an ankle shattered into over 40 pieces, internal injuries, and plenty of road rash.

But my head? Not a single injury.

That’s because of this helmet.

There’s no doubt in my mind that this helmet saved my life. In an accident this severe, things could have gone very differently. The protection it provided held up exactly when it mattered most.

You never really know how good your gear is until you need it—and I hope you never do—but I’m living proof that investing in a quality helmet is non-negotiable.

If you ride, don’t cut corners on safety. This helmet did its job, and because of that, I’m still here to tell the story.

Broken bluetooth/intercom system

I contacted the company which has no live CS agents for phone calls and via email, followed the instructions that were provided multiple times and sent multiple photos. The company will not replace the nonfunctioning system!

Gear Rider K4 with Bluetooth

The K4 carbon fiber look is nice. Good fitment. Came with the blue tooth speakers already installed in the helmet, as well as the mic for calls or comm with other riders. Super smooth and quiet in the wind! Bluetooth connects right away. Very nice helmet.

Their advertising is VERY unclear. Their main page website show the helmet I got withOUT any embleming on it whatsoever. I got the helmet just to find their ugly emblem on front & back of helmet. Additionally, the smoked visor has a terrible foggy film on it that make visibility really bad. Not a, safe to wear while riding helmet. Customer "service" didn't care that they use a super shady, bait & switch advertising tactic. These emblems CANNOT be taken off & they do not pay for shipping on returns. Scammy, shady "company" that I wish I had not found. Their not worthy of anyone's purchase.
Once I told them I'll dispute the charge with my bank, they gave me a return label. BUYER BE WARE

Terrible company and policies

Ordered a helmet not realizing firstly it would come all the way from china so it took FOREVER to arrive after paying a large amount for shipping. Received the helmet with the sticky pads for the Bluetooth device already peeled and messed up, the helmet is sized completely too big and cannot be used to ride safely. A complete waste of time and money. Their return process is a joke and now wants me to wait to find out if I’m even approved for a return and will have to pay to ship it back to china when this is no fault of my own. DO NOT ORDER FROM GEAR RIDER.

Our returns are handled through our system, and the return address is in the U.S., not China
We did not receive any return request or email from you regarding these issues
For defective items (like the adhesive pads you mentioned), we do not require returns — we offer a replacement or refund directly
For sizing issues, we also offer solutions like free liner replacement to ensure a proper fit

Most comfortable and very clear Bluetooth

I just received my helmet with the upgraded Bluetooth i tell all the people around the world that this helmet is truly really comfortable i have to wear glasses all the time to see and it is still comfortable no issue with helmet what so ever I would recommend this helmet company to everyone around the world i promise you won't be disappointed at all my name is Kevin from the United States.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do not buy from this smoke and mirrors company. From their AI generated voice answering their calls to their misleading, fine printed written product description to their shipping. ALL LIES. I recently purchased their buy 2-K1 helmets offer including Bluetooth communication and they don’t even pair helmet to helmet. Why sell a 2 pack that wouldn’t communicate back and forth and now they want me to spend another $200 for new Bluetooth units. Not going to happen.
Next, I placed my order in December of 2025 and thought it would arrive shortly after the 1st of January 2026. NOPE, they wouldn’t ever tell me that it was coming directly from China and didn’t arrive till mid February 2026. When I’d call in, I’d only get their automated DAVE voice stating they couldn’t provide me a tracking date at all. When I asked to cancel, they said I couldn’t because it was already ordered even though they couldn’t give me a delivery date.
I emailed them multiple times asking the same, they replied with the same answer and discontinued responding to my emails. ALL FICTITIOUS LIES AND DECEPTION! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Update. 4/3/2026. I have received the correct communication units so as to talk with my wife while we are riding at the same time now and will be setting them up now. Ty

Do Not Order From This Website

After reading other negative reviews, I attempted to cancel the order. Response was helmet was already shipped and couldn't be canceled. The helmet arrived and was not the item purchased. I want a full refund to the original payment method. Please provide the prepaid shipping label for the return.

Why can’t I talk to a person instead…

Why can’t I talk to a person instead you talk to a dam machine and then they don’t let you know what’s going on with your order all it tells me it could be 4to 5 different thing why my order hasn’t shipped they can’t at least contact there customers and let them know exactly what’s going on with peoples orders and they told me not to order from here but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt I should of listened to the people that told me to stay away it my last time I order from them ever again bad communication with there customers that wasn’t there hard earned money on this same site

My experience with this company was…AMAZING

My experience with this company was STELLAR!! The product was as described and the customer service and support are on par with the beest in the business. Extremely Happy. I reacehd put to return an item that was too small for me and they immediately sent me a code for another one of the same items for FREE!!!!! Who does that! WOW Amazing people. Recomend them to anyone

The helmet is bought was a high end…

The helmet is bought was a high end helmet the sun visor bracket was broke the helmet has black spots all over it the Bluetooth headset will not charge i have sent multiple pictures of broke part black spots they keep saying they can't see anything I even took the piece out and sent picture and they said can't see picture dont buy from these people because there crooks they wont hel or replace helmet

Well made but too small. Awaiting new boots.

I ordered boots using their sizing guide that turned out to be too small. I liked the make and look of the boots and after reaching out regarding the fit I received an immediate response. They offered me a discount coupon for a new pair of boots. When I receive the boots I will post a review on them as well.

Unsafe Helmet Fit

2 helmets came bubble wrapped stuffed in plastic bag. Air vents broke. Sizing incorrect. Do not want to refund our purchase. Customer service email states,return to China. This will be more than helmet is worth. Is unsafe.

Received a damaged product and they sent out a new helmet after I contacted customer support it was a nice change of pace having a company take care of their customers
