Quick and great service. Driver was always on time and flexible. Yusuf , the booking agent , was always available for quick communications. Great stuff & thanks guys 🙏🏼

I hired an 18 seat coach for a stag party. Weeks before the stag I contacted Yusuf to ask if we could change the booking to accommodate 19 people, which I was charged an additional £80 on top of my £439 total bill.

On the day of the stag a 16 seat minibus arrived, meaning 2 people didn't have a seat and were forced to stand up without a seat belt. If 19 people had arrived like planned, 3 people would have been without seats.

I had requested that I be refunded the additional £80 fee, however Yusuf told me that the driver brought a 17 seat minibus, and because of this was not required to refund me. This makes zero sense considering I had paid for the bus to accommodate 19 people.

To date I have not received any compensation.

Since posting this review Yusuf has contacted me requesting I take down the review, and in return he will refund me £50. (I'm actually owed £80.)

I have told Yusuf that the review will not be taken down, so he has now refused to give me the money I am owed.

Paid over £4000 for a return from a festival and they decided not to come get us for no reason as we gave them more cash on the coach to keep the drivers happy. So they took half of our money for the journey and a bit extra cash on the way down just to leave us down there. 45 people stranded 5 hours away from home had to pay £600 for taxis to get home. Also, they decided to tell us half an hour before we were meant to get picked up. They took us down on a Wednesday and were meant to pick us up on the Monday afterwards, they had 5 days to tell us so we could of had a bit of time to sort something to get home. If you come across this company, I wouldn’t even give them any money just because they are horrible robbing b*stards that take your money, extra side cash and not pick you up. Wouldn’t waste your time with them. Plenty of other companies that wouldn’t leave you or at least give some good communication and not take your money and leave you stranded

Left 45 people stranded at Glastonbury with no warning or communication from the coach hire company, the coach driver pocketed £200 of are money for us to have a drink etc on the coach. His words where “if use give £200 cash anything gos” so we did. The coach didn’t arrive and it took us to ring the coach company for them to tell us that they was not coming. So unprofessional and untrustworthy we paid £4,000 for this coach to drop and pick us up from Glastonbury it’s absolutely disgusting 3/4 of the people on the coach did nothing wrong and and everyone on the coach cleaned up, the driver denied that he took £200 but he did and everyone on that coach witnessed it. Had to pay £600 to get a taxi from Glastonbury to Liverpool and now the coach hire company won’t give us half of are money back, there was no communication what so ever had no email or text to say that they was not picking us up, it caused a lot of stress and upset and even ruined peoples weekend. So if I was you I’d book with a different coach hire company cause these are clearly robbing scumbags!

The booking form was straightforward and easy to use and complete . Quote received , which was very competitive , I have paid deposit and booking has been confirmed . During the booking process GB Coaches have communicated with me quickly and effectively .

Communication was excellent. Process for paying was very clear. Due to my husband being on oxygen they answered all my questions clearly.

After having taken the money for a booking and sent a confirmation email, no coach arrived on the day in question. Upon phoning, he advised that the coach had "broken down" and he would be unable to fulfil our booking...14 individuals left stranded for getting to a specific event. There was no apology, no concern for the fact that we were stranded, advising we should just "jump in an Uber". Promised our money would be refunded immediately, 3hrs later we called to ask where our money was and he hung up. Absolute scam of a company, had no intention of providing transport and the Fraud Department of our bank are investigating, as this has apparently happened on more than one occasion. Avoid at all costs!!

Awful company- do not book.

Had a bus booked for 16 people - we called them on the day as bus never arrived was told the bus had ‘ broken down’ we had no apology, no contact to tell us the bus had broken down - had left us standing there, and no way of us getting to our destination. Refund not refunded straight away so left with no transport or money to get us to our destination as bus was payed in full.

Terrible communication.
Would have understood if they had called to let us know beforehand or an apology so we could get something sorted but no communication whatsoever until we called on time of pick up when it never arrived.

Quick booking process for the same trip in London we booked last year. Efficient company.

After sending a request for a price for transport for 25 people they replied really quick with a good price for our transport. Communication have been flawless and we’re looking forward to our trip. Even though we booked the transport late, they have been very accommodating and professional. Highly recommend GB coach hire.

Very quick and easy reservation process from France. We had to book urgently following a cancellation. The coordination with the group arriving at the airport was perfect and no issues were raised at all. Highly recommended.

Very fast replies for quick answers

Used GB Coach hire to return back from Heathrow airport yesterday. I had made a mistake with the booking and Yusuf was overly accommodating and helpful to resolve the issue. The mini bus was out sources but not an issue, Lovely taxi driver, friendly and helpful. Amazing service, would recommend to use them.
