Great items, great comms, super fast shipping.

We received 4 for the price of 3 water lilies in 3 litre pots. Amazingly good plants several in bloom and fantastically healthy and well package.
We wouldn't hesitate to buy fromm this company again.

My table is 27 cm deep x 22 cm. They said, when I contacted them, but these are the measurements of the base, the legs! I thought they would be the measurements of the table? As you can read a bit different! They said I could arrange to send it back, my responsibility, but quite honestly the expense was too great. It sits at the back of my garden and the birds do use it but you can imagine two blackbirds fill it! Would I buy from this firm again - no! Would I recommend them - no!

Web site informative and easy to understand and place order.

I absolutely loved the plant – it's of fantastic quality! The communication throughout was top-notch, and the delivery driver was so friendly and careful when handing it to me. Thank you!

First rate service from start to finish

I purchased a water feature in June. Unfortunately, one of the LED's didn't work. I contacted them for a replacement. Since then all I've had is the runaround regarding a replacement. This company just blames the wearhouse for the delay. promised it would be delivered in two days. Never appeared. Blame the wearhouse again. Wearhouse doesn't know what happened. Will send out on a 48hr. I gave them the extra days grace. So should have been delivered on the 11th. It's now the 13th and guess what ...Still not arrived. They have lost any future custom from me. I feel they are very unreliable. And don't take responsibility.

Queries and communication quite wonderful, . First class responses and delivery .

The Clamatis was a lovely height and well packed. Thank you.

When I finally got through to get some help all was well. Couldn’t make site allow me to put different addresses in, one for billing and the other for girlfriend I wanted to send clematis too. Eventually all was sorted and my friend has received a well grown on healthy plant, I want to order the same thing but sadly currently out of stock!!! Price was also very good.

It arrived very quickly and not damaged!! But the box 📦 it came in was a bit of a shambles. In fact I was surprised all the pats didn’t drop out. the product it self is of good quality

Good communication. Went above and beyond to source the item I wanted.
Item arrived in a timely manner.
Would definitely use this company again.

Lovely pond plants, I’ve ordered twice now and they always come safely delivered and in good time. Thank you 🐸

Fast, efficient and plants arrived in great condition
