Keith and Irving were responsive throughout the purchase. We did hit a bump in the road when they were let down by the first contactor who was due to build a foundation. Most reasonable people understand these things happen. It's how they are dealt with that's important. Irving jumped straight on the case to ensure minimal delay in our garden room build and with 7 days we were off and running. They instructed a high quality team of cabin building professionals who finished our build to a very high standard from foundation to structure & electricals. Keith even followed up with a call a week later to ensure we were happy with everything. My experience was that you can absolutely trust GardenHouse24 and I would have no hesitation in using them again. Thanks all involved.

Fantastic quality garden room. I am so impressed with this product. It was recommended by the installation team for a garden room I actually had sent back because of the poor quality and I am so glad I took their advice because this was great value for money and I couldn't be happier. Instructions were a nightmare to follow but in general it was easy to put together for someone who is familiar with building sheds.

Communication after delivery was decent with product arriving exactly within stated timescale. Was bit concerned it wouldn't be as advertised as although it wasn't exactly cheap, it was priced lower than equivalent elsewhere. However I was surprised how decent it was, and nothing at all missing. So I'd say this is an efficient, well run company selling decent products.

Love our garden house that was recently built. The team who built it was brilliant and was always asking us how we wanted it, made a fantastic job and would definitely go back for another building if we wanted one. Workers were absolutely fantastic and really polite no mess or anything always tidy. 100 % happy. Thank you for everything you done for us.

Great service and an excellent shed. My only criticism is that the instructions could be better, they are very unclear in places and some parts are ambitious or generic and so don't apply to the specific shed ordered.
