This company is shocking received faulty goods but they just make excuses when you ask for refund or return . This company should be shutdown as they are complete scammers taking money for sub standard goods. Please Please avoid

Terrible, terrible entity. Wish I read these reviews before I ordered the product. They touted it as exceptional - it was a piece of garbage. When I called and asked about the return policy, they asked me to take pictures of the product, said someone from "operations" would be getting back to me with instructions on returning the product, and would not cover the cost of return shipping. Stay away from these guys.

Worst scam ever. Don't deserve even half a star.
These scammers take your money and never deliver any of your purchases. They keep you hanging giving assurances that your purchase is on the way. Gave me fake tracking details, what was supposed to be a simple transaction, became a complex Web of lies and deception. Said 2days despatch time, that never happened until day 7 when I asked for tracking info. Suddenly my package 'was despatched'. Tracked the number given, courier said they had no received anything from this seller.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, Buy if want to be taken for a ride to nowhere.

Avoid this company like the plague they are scammers
I ordered a Dashcam and the initial communications were good
When the item arrived there was no manufacturers name anywhere to be seen on the item or packaging and the instructions were terrible
I tried without success to get the item working so decided to contact GadgetAmp to initiate a return
I got a fairly quick response asking if I would keep the item and they would refund 15% of the purchase price
When I refused this offer they upped the refund to 30% and when I refused this they asked me to send a photo of the equipment so they could ensure that it was not damaged they also let me know that they don’t supply return labels
I am still waiting for their response after sending the photo

I wish I had read these reviews before I had purchased from what looks like a genuine site. Poor product, no brand name, instructions useless, doesn’t keep the correct time and falls off the window! They won’t refund or partially refund for the faulty product so now I will throw it away. DO NOT USE.

Ordered a dashcam what a shocking piece of rubbish , no CE mark or even a manufacturers name on the equipment or box, in the instructions it warns that incase of a collision the video maybe lost .... when I contacted them to return it I was given an address in China. And told I would not get a refund until they had it. Do not use this company its a con. I am throwing it away.

This has been the worst online purchase experience I have had with any company. They are a scam and a fraud. I have been waiting 3 weeks for my refund since they emailed me that the refund was put back on my credit card. They drug my refund request for a month prior to this. They should be put out of business.

The hand held Hoover £60 is not fit for purpose!! Absolute RIP off for elderly people on a pension!!!

Gadget Amp. Please make sure you will not want to return any product purchased from this company. Bought a dash cam for a present but the person did not want one. Asked to return it, first was offered 30% refund if I kept it then offered 50% refund if I kept it. Did not want it so was then made to post it back to China even though they have a base in the UK according to the website. Felt like I was being forced into purchasing the item by making the returns process complicated and expensive. Not the type of customer service you want. Just beware of this, can't really comment on the device but if this is anything to go by would not expect it to be good!

Do not use this company - we never received the products we ordered. The customer service team - Gerald - did not deal with our complaints. Plus they past on our personal details to third-parties without our approval.

Gadet AMP has horrible customer service and is selling junk.
I purchased this horribly weak unit that has lack of vacuum power and extremely limited power to stay on, for a christmas present. Within 30 days from christmas I sent an email to Gadet AMP, their initial recommendation was to keep the unit and they would reimburse me 50% of what I paid. I wanted a full reimbursement. Now they just want to replace this horrible product, so that we can have the same result.

utter crap, "the best dash cam"... cheap nasty, and expensive, useless instructions, will not stay on the screen, difficult to use, wrong lead supplied, had to go and buy another, what an utter waste of money, you have been warned

I bought a dash cam which was delivered promptly. For various reasons it was agreed that the item could be returned. Email responses were reasonably quick but the return address given (checked twice) was, according to Royal Mail, undeliverable! The package has been returned to me. Nevertheless, a full refund was promptly processed through PayPal. Not sure what to do with the returned package.

I should have looked at the reviews before ordering my dashcam from them. The item arrived, well packaged, but damaged. I immediately contacted them and a week or two later, after contacting them again, they sent a replacement part. Their service is slow but I'm happy that the replacement part has arrived. Let's hope the device just works properly. Gadgetamp have redeemed themselves in my view, despite all the negative press about them.

Their heated jacket did not come with battery pack and they said too bad. Rip off

After purchasing a dash cam through a link I only then read the reviews for gadget amp after a few days when my dash cam didn't arrive.I really thought I been scammed with the bad reviews I was reading... But every email I sent I always got a reply quickly even when I phoned the contact number I was happy with how they looked into my order taking a bit longer than normal. Maybe I was over thinking because of the bad reviews I read. But soon as I seen on the tracking link that they received my order and it was on its way I was reassured..... The delivery time did put worry in my mind but for customer service they were great. I received my dash cam after 6/7 days.. probably quicker if I went to Amazon or to a local retailers.

These people are scammers. The jacket arrived with no power pack despite showing this on their website. The jacket is therefore un-useable. When I asked for a refund they said that there was a note to say that battery pack is not included which is a flat out lie as this is not on their website and clearly miss-selling. Now they do not respond to my emails

Other half bought a heated jacket.
It is not heated and has no means to hold any charge with a fake on off button.
What a scam and I will be pursuing.

I ordered a voice recorder from gadgetamp and after 2 weeks a fault developed from the jack, it was picking up sound from one earphone only. I contacted gadgetamp and a received a reply from Emi who asked me to send a video to highlight the problem. After a couple of emails I was advised to send the item to an address that Emi emailed me. I sent the parcel off on Saturday 4-12-2021 and I received an email from Emi yesterday 6-12-2021 to say that they had sent a refund to paypay, I then received an email from paypal to confirm the refund. I don't understand the negative reviews this company has had as I have had nothing but positive views on them. It was a pity that the jack malfunctioned as I was happy with the item until then, but things can and do go wrong occasionally

Do NOT order from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I tried to cancel the order hours after I placed the order only to be told I couldn’t. Fake dash cam arrived promptly but when I sent it back by recorded delivery the company refused to accept it so it had been returned to me!! Only use this company if you want a fake dash cam!!
