If I were you I would steer clear of this company! As other reviewers have said there is absolutely no customer service! I have sent an e-mail and tried calling all to no avail! I am still waiting for goods that I was told were shipped on the 27th November! I am pursuing recovery of my money!!

I placed an order for a heated vest and got a vest that might fit a child. I have been emailing back and forth with this company to get my money back since the beginning of November. They want measurements so they can make another one. I want my money back and they can have this miniature vest back. I contacted BBB. Steer clear of this business.

My package was lost, or maybe never shipped at all. It took 27 correspondences with the company to get a refund, which was only given because I opened a pay pal dispute. Very frustrating. Don't even bother writing them back and forth, save time by just disputing.

Keep well away from this firm!. Dashcam ceased to work after a couple of weeks and efforts to get a meaningful response have led nowhere.

The brand of product (heated socks) supplied was not the product advertised or ordered. I paid £49.99 for a branded product and received an unbranded, inferior product that I believe was probably worth no more than £15. I was told I could not return the product because it was heated socks and the box seals were broken. I was however offered a 50% refund if I agreed to keep the product, which I accepted, because it was the easiest way forward, even though I am still out of pocket. All in all I feel let down by the advertising pitch and wonder how this company gets away with this sharp practice. I cannot recommend this company.

I must put my hands up and admit I didn't check Trustpilot first. Like so many of the previous reviews, I thought I was doing the right thing checking " best review" sites before my purchase. I will take these sites with a pinch of salt from now on.
This is a terrible company. Their company address is in England but after back and forth emails where I was trying to get a full refund, the return address is in China. The product, an alcohol breathylzer, was poor quality and no brand name although it did have on their site.
After three attempts to offer me a discount, I have contacted Consumer Rights where I have forwarded a letter explaining my rights to Gadjet Amp.
I feel conned and lesson learned.
Please do not buy anything from this company.

I have never bought an electronic device which had 30 days warranty like here. I bought a dash cam and it got damaged in under one year. Such a waste of money!

I recently purchased TWO mini hoovers, for a family member and myself, primarily for our cars. DO NOT THINK OF BUYING. They are utterly useless, no more than an expensive toy, No suction, made even worse by attaching the small tools. I tried and tried to get a full refund. They kept on offering me a discount, suggesting that i gift to charity if I didn't want them! Refunds are apparently impossible and not worth the money, because I would have needed to pay for the return postage to China - yet CHINA. I had no idea that these gimmicks were made over there. A total waste of money. A real scam. Awful

Brought a heated jacket and it turned up 2 sizes too small I asked for an exchange after days of waiting they then Said I can keep it and have to pay £30 for a new one. Why would I want a jacket that don't fit so I asked to send back and exchange for no extra cost and they still say no. This is still ongoing after 2 weeks so far !!!

Still don't have product or an answer if it was ever shipped. $120 is a lot of $ for me and I have a feeling refund won't happen. Hopefully they aren't that terrible

Well today I’m shocked. I bought a heated jacket from Gadget Amp then read the reviews which panicked me, as £86 is a lot to lose. The first thing I did was email the company. Immediately I was replied to about don’t worry etc etc. I did worry continuously as the tracking never updated. I emailed the company constantly and was always replied to about the jacket being on its way etc. Finally after 18 days I was informed it was with Evri and today I received it. It’s exactly as described, working and great quality. I’m a size 14 and got the medium, which is a little snug but these are meant to be worn with huge jumpers underneath.
I’m so sorry GadgetAmp for not believing it would arrive and am extremely pleased with my purchase. For those doubting, I can only say that my experience was fine and I am a genuine buyer and not linked to the company in any way.

unfortunately did not see Trust pilot before purchasing a dashcam. Again like everyone else it did not work,they asked for a video which I sent then asked for another!! offered me 50% discount off a product which doesn't work, etc etc. Completely ignored when I told them about UK consumer law re refunds. Eventually money back via PayPal.
You have been warned.

Beware! Do not purchase from this scam company! I ordered two mini nanny cams and neither will work and I have repeatedly contacted the company only to received ridiculous responses asking for a video of me trying to connect the cameras and then sending me emails that my issue has been escalated to some imaginary “team”. Also I receive different directions via email as ways to avoid refunding my money. They did offer a 10% refund if I pay to return the worthless devices. Do not buy from this company and spread the word that it is a scam.

REVIEW PURELY ON COMMUNICATION -
I searched on Google ‘best dash cams’ and got taken to a site called ‘TruTech’ giving their view of best cameras. I clicked on the top pick camera which lead me to Gadget amp and proceeded to purchase. Once I got the payment confirmation through PayPal and saws a bunch of writing in Asian letters in the payment confirmation, something just made me think twice so I stayed looking into all the websites, companies which seems a bit off.
So then I looked for reviews and found the poor trustpilot reviews and now kicking myself I fell for another site.
I called the number straight away from the confirmation email and to my surprise the man was very nice and accommodating and my refund was processed immediately. All confirmed via email and can also see within PayPal the payment was refunded.
Lesson learnt to look at trustpilot first before purchasing on unknown businesses.
I hope the rest of you guys get your money back!

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I am still in a dispute with this company/paypal trying to get a refund for a dash cam which is simply not as advertised. The website page is just lies...states that the camera is full HD (its not) that it has night vision (it doesn't) and that it connects to an app on the phone for ease of use (also not true). Seriously wish that I had thought to look on these reviews before I purchased...feeling a bit silly and very conned. Just hopeful that Paypal agree my dispute and I get my refund as I'm getting nowhere with the company direct.

Horrible company- don't ever buy a product from them. I purchased a voice recorder and when it arrived, it didn't work. After contacting customer service, I was asked to send in videos of me trying the device and plugging it in with various cords. It was ridiculous. They still have not responded to my request for a return. They continue to pass me off to different departments and delay the request to return the device.

This last review was clearly written by a company employee. They do not reply with answers, they simply say, "I hope you're having a wonderful day. Your message/request has been forwarded to our customer service team." That is NOT an answer. Their product was terrible. Cruvaswipe Vacuum cleaner for cars. TERRIBLE product and even worse customer service. Offering 50% refund for a product that 100% doesn't work, no thank you. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

I must be honest I was concerned as I ordered an item before reading the reviews. This led to me sending enquiry emails where I normally would not bother. Every email was replied to promptly answering all my queries. The item arrived within the timeframe promised and I have no complaints whatsoever

If you wish to use all the functionality including motion detection it needs to be hard-wired and as they claim this can be achieved via a standard hard-wire kit purchased on amazon. Tried it and the only thing that works is being able to see on the camera screen the front view. It does not show the rear view and even worse still it fails to record any driving either from the front or the rear. Been trying to get this sorted out with the company GADGET AMP but they have failed to provide a solution only keep asking to try different things. Beats me how on TRU TECH site they are listed as their number one choice.

Do not buy anything from this company. This company is simply shocking. They sell defective items and when you complain they simply fob you off and do nothing apart from offering to sell you another item at a reduced price. I have been fighting for an exchange/refund on my faulty dash cam for the last 12 weeks. I have been ripped off so please be aware so that it doesn’t happen to you.
