Awful experience won’t recommend
Yeah very easy to set up but when it matters the most I.e during claim process they make you u jump through hoops take a whole week and then decide to not pay your claim because you weren’t diligent enough with your phone. Isn’t that the whole point of having the insurance. Awful experience won’t recommend anymore to anyone.

Entering the IMEI/serial number is optional currently when you take out a policy. However for more accurate records and for a smoother process for any potential claims we recommend that this be provided. Refused Claim
When went to claim was refused as the proof of purchase was in my ex-wife's name and not mine. Left me out of pocket and have paid more to them and considering they don't cover within their terms and conditions where I sent proof of purchase, I believe I was liable to a refund on the policy, but when I got to get in contact, I got no response, been a month now still nothing. I'd advise look elsewhere. Have used them for a while now and never claimed before for anything.

I have looked into this for you and as you confirmed in your Terms and Conditions that you received in your Welcome Pack in March it confirmed the definition of immediate family as:
Immediate family – your mother, father, son, daughter and spouse. Immediate family
also includes your domestic partner (domestic partner is defined under this policy as someone
you are living with in a long-term permanent relationship as if you are married to them). Due to the proof or purchase being in your ex wifes name and a different address the claim was declined in March.
I have checked though the notes and emails and I am unable to find any evidence that you have contacted us regarding this matter as the claim team advised you to.

I'm a returning customer as I trust them and the one time I did have to get my phone repaired they didn't charge me the excess due to not having made a claim in over 2 years and were fast and efficient at getting the repair done

Very helpful in making sure everything was covered when I had to amend a policy shortly after taking it out, the assistant was very careful at making sure there were no possible errors or loopholes.

Do not use
Con artist's. Fast to act for proof of usage in the even of a claim.. which I sorted within an hour. Slow to reply afterwards. Get it together you divvys and suppose its my own fault for not doing due diligence before purchasing cover.
