Totally Fraud

The company is in all probability an outright fraud one. No physical address. No phone nos. Account managers will sweet talk you into putting money. They are grossly incompetent for the job of generating returns from the markets. Don't even waste time with these guys. Very very shady. Lost 5200 dollars. Be very very careful. They are very good at totally destroying the account as a whole

As per the wrong advice of the portfolio Manager I have lost 924 dollars in a trade of CL-cash & 44.14 dollars in COCOA-cash, that is 968.14. Initially I was having 500 dollars & I earned around 183.78 dollars 200 dollars credit from FX, But due to negative trade I deposited 200 dollars on 22/8/2024 to sustain the trade.But still trade was running in negative. After a lot of efforts made so that Portfolio Manager to contact & give reply what is remedy , he said I am depositing 200 dollars from FX Road side. But you can see apparently that credit has not made any impact. It is lying in my trade account as it is. I have lost all my deposits 883.78 dollars & 200 dollars credit given by FX Road. Now I want FX Road to take up the responsibility & give back my deposit & earned dollars immediately as to open a trade CL-cash for 0.3 volume & COCOA-cash 0.01 was given by Portfolio Manager, as he is not suppose to give us wrong advice, market is uncertain how much volume to be invested is to be decided at the time of opening any trade.

Adding one more review of the worst conversation, the investment advisor. He doesn’t have basic respect to speak to a customer. His tone is always high and insulting. I hope there is some coaching which will be provided to him by his seniors to have a polite customer conversations.
He feels he is an account manager and doesn’t need to do the customer service. At the end of the day I had to remind him that we are all in business of serving customers irrespective of the grade or level we are in a company.
He also threatened me that he will not process my refund.
Dear FX Trading management team, kindly intervene and do the needful.

Fx road agent will ask to deposit money & when you request for withdrawals.
Money will be transfered to your account from different accounts ...but not from fx road
If you are i tax payee. You need to understand implications .
You must check this .
Morover fx road is not platform for Indian community.
Requesting all not to loose your hard earned money .

Not trustworthy, fraud & scam company who calls us asking for a deposit of $200 . Later also pretend to help but providing all wrong information. Later asking us to invest more.... Total fraud company & one of the major loophole FX road doesn't have withdrawal options, only funds to be deposited but we can't withdraw, now who ever is getting trapped just think about it...

Definitely a scam. Question now is: how do we expose the scam? This Platform is designed for scamming and fraud. Don't invest in this site. Photo give better explanation.

It is a scam where my father got trapped.
They have got even more advanced on scamming techniques to get your UID and bank screenshots.
They treacherously ask for UPI screenshots(that they haven't received payment) until you send them the one that has transaction details
They were not approachable after the money was stolen.

First they ask to put 1000 usd..later2000 usd . Later 2000 usd they keep on saying if we are not invest that money will gone then 5000 usd invest and finally we invest 10000 usd... all lost in one day. Their only objective is to take profit from customer money.. no single withdrawal done...all they took in swap charges.. now we r 0.. don't know how to come out for this loss... don't join this company to safeguard your hard earning..

Very bad to take money people called many times now we are unable to withdraw funds nor nobody is calling back

This is a fraud company. Their Numbers show as if originating from UK, where they actually are located in Africa.

They would lure you, once you invest, they would bring your account zero and never revert again.

They all are from one community which is known to dishonest worldwide.

FxRoad is a FRAUD company. Their account managers will initially give you basic success so that you can invest more & then no one will get in touch with you. Do not consider investing any money with them. No Algorithmic trading etc. all fuss. Pls protect your hard earned money.

Fxroad is a fraud ompany. Worst advisors and shrewd behaviour they keep asking to put in more money even though you are loosing. They do not allow to withdraw when you want to. They threaten that you loose all the invested amount if you do not put more money to keep account alive in trade. Absolute fraud.

This is a fraud company for sure. The experience and review of all most all indians are negative.
Their communication is poor.
They manipulate customers and trap them to deposit more.
They do not reply the messages and mail. They are not available at the time of need.
In order to silence they customer they insist on signing one sided document in the guise of settlement.
Their fraudulent activity should be reported to the concerned regulator.
