Okay so I thought I’d leave a review because I had a pleasant experience but I’m quite shocked to see these reviews.

Anyway, my experience. So I was given their number by a friend who used them last year, (bare in mind I had been ringing around and the earliest I was given was end of September), called in as I desperately needed my 5 windows replacing, they gave me a date July 25th because they were quite busy, which would have been fine but due to my circumstances it wasn’t ideal. I thought I’d at least try get an earlier date, I was honestly tired of ringing around at this point. Can’t remember the lady’s name but I desperately explained my situation & that I really needed it sorting like yesterday. The young lady was so understanding she did say it was more likely she’ll not beable to book in earlier but she’d call me in 2 hours & see if there was a possibility, I actually thought it wasn’t going to happen. When she called back & said she’s made it happen I was over the moooon we sorted sign up & she sent guys over the same week to measure up and the whole process was complete within 4 week of signing up. I just hope I didn’t annoy them by hovering over them all day to check it was perfect, but you know what? it was! I’m so grateful, they went above & beyond. Just thank you honestly especially the young lady, I’m going to guess & say her name was Sam, sorry if that’s incorrect but thank you thank you thank you!

The young gentleman who came to give me advice and measure up was so understanding and thorough.
As a widow I was nervous as this is first major works for house solely done on my own…….
But he was very professional and knowledgeable and put me at ease. And the price was very competitive!

I would never recommend this company to anyone as they are fraudulent and very dishonest. In February I signed a contract for a conservatory and paid a deposit of £4600.00 and waited for finance application. Several times I phoned them to enquire about the finance application and was told not to worry as it would go through. On the 8th of March finance application was declined and I received an email from the finance company. Their contract states that in the event that finance is declined they reimburse the customer the full refund. Since March till today 30 May I have been passed from pillar to post by this company with no hope of my money being paid back. What is sad is that I was recently diagnosed with a terminal illness to which I even begged Future Rennovations for my deposit back so that I could use the money for my upkeep and perhaps spend some time with my children as my treatment is not guaranteed to be a success. At one point I was made to cancel my hospital appointment as they promised me that one of their representatives was coming to see me to discuss my cancellation. But unfortunately nobody turned up or even called me to cancel the appointment. I subsequently called them the following day only to be told that the business was relocating premises so they could not access their systems.
The people in this company are heartless and will tell you what they believe you want to hear just to shut you up.

Jimee from future renovations team rang me today and said he going to sort it out all problem today. And refund will be made end of the day today. So I am happy . Due to some confusion my refund was not made. Now every thing is clear, so I am giving them 5 star to solve my problem.

So firstly, the sales chap who came round gave us a quote for 4 windows and a set of french doors, quote seemed a bit high but after going through the designs and colours for over an hour it seemed worth it, fast forward after the surveyor came round took the measurements we were happy, we then were told additional costings were required and this was due to scaffolding needing to be done for the install of the windows and the location of where they were, once again seemed a bit reluctant at first but we went with it and thought this is the first time we are renovating our home and so why not, fast forward our install took place this week and must admit IT WAS SO WORTH IT!! Everything looks amazing, these guys have kept us updated and informed us throughout the whole process which is why we trusted them and invested our money, you will not come across any company who will dedicate a person to be your point of contact throughout you home renovations its almost a myth however, these guys really surprised us! We will DEFINITELY use again and recommend, 10/10 service ! Honestly couldn’t thank them enough! Sammie has been great, amongst the rep that came round and the surveyor who followed up , all in all there are way more things we could say but we would be here all day! Great company! Definitely worth every penny spent !

Satwant was also invited, but the 1* there went down the wrong way! Get rid of that one!

GOOGLE reviews seem to have blossomed and the only logical reason is that Future cannot override them. TrustPilot don't seem so trustworthy where this company is concerned.

The Muppet's last review was flagged, but like other contributors, it is still allowed (it is true) and Future have no leg to stand on.

Future are now that close to being shut down.

If you are a Finance Customer and you were encouraged by My Grant Funding or The Eco Funding Scheme, you have been missold - the contact details belong to Future, as our former director Shohaib Khan has confirmed. Go to Trading Strandards AND the FCA. You have been ripped off, but should have comeback.

If you are a customer who is struggling to regain your deposit, you can't fail through Small Claims Court, but you must make sure that it is HORIZON EXECUTIVES LTD that you file a claim against.

Clause 12 states that Future should reimburse ALL MONEY PAID and as a DISTANCE SALE, the CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015 backs that up.

The Mupp3t notices that we are almost at a point where the staff who work for Future no longer carry out their day job, but are wholly engaged with writing false 5* reviews on TrustPilot.

TrustPilot need to get a grip on this company and bar them from its service, because **** rolls one way and in giving them airtime, they also appear complicit.

Future have probably given up reading at this point, but for those of you who still care, Criminal Proceedings are pending - Criminal Procedure Rules 27.2. Google it. Crime doesn't pay.

One IMPORTANT note - follow this firm on the GOV.UK website for Companies House. Do NOT let them go for voluntary strike off, or you will probably lose your money - they will have chance to hide it. The official bodies can freeze assets - we are THAT close.

Oh, and Martin is a code name while they work out if they can get any money out of you or not. He doesn't actually exist.

I couldn't disagree with these "bad reviews" anymore than I already do, we had been searching for a renovations company for a WHILE and finally came across these guys, our windows were supposed to be fitted in early March however there had been a delay , we have now had our windows fitted looking superb, me and Mrs couldn't be happier, FUTURE RENOVATIONS kept in contact throughout the entire process and kept us well informed which unlike all these other companies who keep you in the dark and have contact centres all over the country these guys actually kept our minds at absolute ease, from the chaps that came to do the work to the girls and lads in the office have all been great. We have few other properties that require work and we will be definitely choosing FUTURE RENOVATIONS again and would definitely RECOMMEND.

We had our very first interaction with Jamal via Facebook when I reacted to a Future Renovations post. He was extremely thorough with the selection that they had to offer and explained the difference between the doors. He reassured us and answered any questions we had even at later stages. He ensured all ran smoothly checking in with us at each stage which we thought was good.

Very impressed with Tanveer who came to measure up and gave us advice on the type of windows for each room ensuring all was both functional and aesthetically pleasing inline with the other windows of the house.

Ellie, kept us well informed throughout the entire process and worked around our busy working schedules giving us ample time to consider and reconsider our choices. We almost changed our minds about the colour. But Ellie arranged to have a colour sample wand sent out to us to assist us in making making a more confident and concrete decision.

Provisional dates were set and closer to the time we were given our fitting dates. Ellie explained what preparation was needed to be done to ensure the fitters have plenty room and our property was protected.

On the day, the fitters laid down dust sheets to help protect our carpet. I didn’t get their names, they got on with their work. We had a slight issue with our front bay window fascia causing an obstruction. This prevented the fitters from completing their job. The fitters liaised with their team at Future Renovations and allowed us time to rectify the issue with the fascia obstruction.

We experienced a slight issue with the colour of two windows which was a manufacturing fault. The fitters highlighted this and we received a call from Adam who was very apologetic and swiftly rearranged another fitting date.

The fitting team returned and completed the fitting. They took all our old windows and door which was a great help and allowed us to get on with moving our furniture back and admiring the finished look.

Although there was a slight delay with the availability of the door due to production, it was worth the wait. We’re extremely pleased with our windows and front door. A statement without words and lots of neighbours’ head’s turning and slowing down to admire the end result. Thank you so much for your service.

Nothing but liars and manipulating con artists in this company.
From having the sales rep giving it the big talk and look at me I used to work for SAFESTYLE and they are a useless company to work for and overpriced goods. Well I wish I had paid the extra now and used them instead of this disgusting company. Sales rep couldn't even count the number of windows needed, so had to ring them up after he had left to notify them he had missed a window off.

Ordered windows and doors made to measure supposedly and to our order. Well, when the windows came they had the wrong handles on them when I clearly stated "Chrome". Fitting of windows was done and door was delayed due to production issues...

Well the fitters who came to fit the windows are an absolute disgrace. They were unable to communicate properly so when I asked them about fitting windows in the rain, one fitter says it can't be done we go now, and the other fitter says it can be done and will be done in the rain.

Fitting of windows was atrocious, I have multiple damages to my oak doors. Consisting of big deep scratches to having expanding foam on them. Told Ellie Sutcliffe, the Manager of the company when she tried to take payment of the issues and she immediately notified the fitters who waited outside my house. The barged in the door and started to say it wasn't them. When I showed them the damage and the expanding foam. He started to scrape at the foam with his Stanley knife stating, " ohh you can sort this yourself easily, no need to complain" after scratching the door with a Stanley knife, I have permanent damage on my doors. All whilst I'm on the phone to the manager Ellie. Having created a record on the phone of the damages, I also sent images to the WhatsApp group they have.

Having had this issue, I then liased with Martin, another Manager. This is the most useless manager in history. Claims he lives in Leyland so local to myself. Arranged for him to come round to my house to look into the damage. He failed twice to show up, leaving me waiting for over 3 hours. Saying he couldn't come as he was having dinner with his mother in-law and couldn't drop me a message/ call as she doesn't allow mobile phones. What a load of Bull!!!

The communication in the company is a disgrace, having notified member of staff, Hawa that I would be away on the date I was to have my door fitted. I get a call from my wife on the day we are leaving to say the door fitters have arrived. My wife turned them away. For Martin to then ring me and accuse me of not wanting to have my door fitted. I told him I had notified his colleague and it was not my problem. Which he stated " well she will be paying for the fitters then"

Getting no where with this company I refused to have my front door put in until something was done about my internal oak doors which had been damaged. I also send them a formal recorded letter which was signed for by some idiot under then name of "CV-19". This is where the company shows its true colour. Having refused to have the door fitted and saying I'm seeking legal advise on the damages, I get a phone call from ADAM, the Installation Manger. This disgusting, vile low life scum. Started to hurl abusive language at myself, threatening to beat up my wife and myself, reciting my address back to me. After cutting off the phone, I contacted Ellie, stating I need to talk with someone higher up as id just been spoken to like this by Adam.

2 minutes later I get racist, abusive messages direct from my mobile fro Adam, saying I best no go to the police and if I did it wouldn't be good. Counting down a timer "TIK TOK". Multiple times he had tried to ring me to give me more abuse but I refused to answer.

Finally I got a call back from the Head Manager, Sam. Straight away he was on the defensive protecting his colleague form the gross misconduct that he had done. He liaised with me and told me I had no choice but to get the door fitted as it was a separate issue to the windows.

After all this and all the back and forth the company has come back with denying all liability. Using the word " you have no proof", therefore no compensation given.

Well the joke is on you guys, as I have all the proof and all images.

Avoid this company at all cost, they are racist, abusive, liars who just try and con people out of money. Do not take liability for anything they have done. An absolute joke of a company run by imbecile, who don't have clue what they are doing.

Also to note, the fitters do not work directly for this company but are subcontractors.

Also I am providing only 1 star as I have no option to put 0 and the positive reviews are mostly fake! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR STRESS, TIME OR MONEY!

Very happy with the works completed, 12 windows and a beautiful hybrid door, despite the little wait, I can say this has truly been worth it. Will definitely recommend. Customer service 10/10 yet to come across a company who will keep you updated throughout the whole process when it comes to home renovations.

Excellent efficient service.
My house looks amazing and is so much warmer thankfully it will save me money with the energy increases.
Installers were tidy and extremely polite and professional.
