This has been one of the worst! AVOID
This has been one of the worst experiences my family has ever had with a company.
We agreed to have new windows and doors installed at my father's property after speaking with a representative called Khalid. We were repeatedly assured that we would not have to pay anything beyond the agreed cost of the windows and doors and that the project would be financed. The company took a £200 deposit, and we were informed that the finance application had been approved.
Shortly afterwards, we were told the finance had actually been rejected. Despite this, the company began demanding payment and pressuring us to continue. This was extremely concerning because we had made it clear from the beginning, on multiple occasions, that my father could not afford to pay upfront and that the work would only proceed if finance was available.
Communication throughout this process has been chaotic, inconsistent, and incredibly frustrating. Different members of staff appeared to have completely different information, and nobody seemed able to provide a clear answer regarding what was happening.
We were given an installation date, but when that date arrived, nobody turned up and nobody informed us there had been a change. We then spent days trying to get answers from various staff members, including Sammie, Kalvin, and Adam. Every conversation seemed to result in conflicting information, confusion, and further delays. Sammie thought it was acceptable to flirt with customers and speak to people in a very disgusting manner.
Eventually, fitters arrived and unexpectedly demanded £1,000 upfront before completing the work. This came as a complete shock because we had repeatedly explained that upfront payment was not possible. My father, who is disabled, felt pressured into handing over £500 with the understanding that the remainder would be paid once the work was fully completed.
However, the work remains unfinished. One of the windows has still not been completed, leaving concerns about safety and security at the property. Despite raising these concerns, we have received no satisfactory resolution.
The situation became even more confusing when another representative, Fadil, attended the property and informed us that the fitters had left and would not be returning. We were then presented with entirely new payment demands and financing arrangements, which seemed to change from one conversation to the next. One day we were told one thing, the next day something completely different.
At no point have we felt that this company had a clear plan, effective communication, or any genuine concern for our circumstances. We have experienced missed appointments, contradictory information, unfinished work, unexpected payment demands, and constant confusion from start to finish.
We entered this agreement in good faith, trusting the promises that were made to us. Instead, we have been left stressed, frustrated, out of pocket, and with incomplete work at a disabled person's property.
Based on our experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to proceed with extreme caution.
