My experience with the telephone adviser was great, the adviser answered any questions I had and seemed very knowledgeable and experienced within her role. I would recommend this company to friends and family due to getting a great deal and having a 5* experience.

I applied online over the weekend and got a call today from a young lady who politely asked me some questions and then forwarded me on to Adam Oakley he then looked at some quotes after answering some medical questions he found the perfect cover for me.

I wanted to purchase a low cost Insurance Policy. My call was handled by Sarah Cullen. She was friendly and efficient. She professional explained everything l needed to know, making absolutely certain that l understood all questions to get the right policy for me.

The Fuse agent (Adam) was a refreshing change to have an agent that was easy to talk to and actually listen to what you said. He is a credit to your company and should be used as an example of good customer service.
