These are scammers do not go with them known in the industry for ripping people off as well as other companies whatever u do don’t buy nothing off them scammers

Not recommend at all. They are even not worse one star. All what you get is harassment phone calls.

I thought this company was fantastic.... until I looked closer at my policy!
Took a life, income protection and critical illness policy put for my whole family through Fuse as a broker. Rep was fantastic, called back on my terms, took the time to explain everything to me... he really was the best rep I'd ever spoken to. And as an ex telesales rep myself that really is saying something. So, I purchased the policy and let it run. It wasn't cheap but I knew I'd discussed all the nitty gritty stuff with him so why would I even bother checking anything other than the payments and names on the documentation was correct - I had exactly the cover I wanted at exactly the price I wanted to pay.
Then a few months later when sorting through a pile of un-dealt with paperwork i noticed the mistakes. My height, my weight, my income at first were wrong... and as I read more I saw my medical history just said 'none' 'none' 'none' next to everything. The whole policy was a complete fabrication and nothing I had communicated to the rep had been passed to LV. I called LV immediately and have been calling them ever since. They don't ever return complaint calls. I talked directly to LV who, after some emails and form filling, told me my policy was invalidated. Looking at online forums and rwview sites... I'm far from being the only one who has been stung by Fuse.

Do one thing... if you can't resist Fuse's charm and swag... check your documents very very thoroughly when you get them from the insurer. And if you end up in the same boat as me... tell the FOS so they can start a formal investigation.

Please don't take policies with them no after sale service they don't even take your calls after getting their commission from sale of policies.
I have really bad experience with Donald Garner and Suzanne and want to let people know its not true company seems like scam to me and will be finish in few months after making peoples fools.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR BE FOOLED BY THEIR ADVERTS!!

David Green is a top man, with many factors preventing us from taking out our life cover for quite a while David kept in touch as requested. When the time finally came, he called as he promised, was clear, friendly as always and sorted out the right cover in a single call. Thanks, would highly recommend David to anyone

Gavin, has helped set a plan for me today, this is the 2nd plan after some initial problems with the original application. I'm hoping it progresses smoothly this time. Gavin gave good customer service and called me back as promised, so far so good.

Gavin has just set back up my policy. Proper explained all information to me and set my mind at ease,that if anything should happen to me I will be covered. keep up the good work

I want to firstly state fuse assurance are a great company to work with, we started working with them over 11 months ago. As an outsource company sending them leads. Dodgy company stay away, you can get a better deal/cover by contacting the companies directly.. Look at the other fuse companies they haven't stayed in business long and they're after a quick profit and turn around. Check out the directors James Harrop and Jamie Munro snide to say the least. Also heard they don't like paying their sales people commission and salary either while they are driving prestigious cars. They sell by fear and verbal bullying. AVOID
