We were planning to relocate Toffee 🐶 from the UK to Manila. It was kind of a headache as we had no idea on how to organise the logistics (cargo flight, vaccines requirements, documents requirements, etc.). We were very lucky to come across Sam of Furr Pet Travel. She guided us on every steps and organised everything to make us hassle free. Sam was very patient and helpful to all the questions that we had.

On the date of departure, we met Nigel for dropping off Toffee. Nigel was very caring to Toffee and he explained what will happen next after we said goodbye to Toffee 🥺.

Furr Pet Travel were awesome!! Sam was in constant contact with me when my dog landed in Frankfurt and finally in Heathrow. Nina's original voyage was from Atlanta USA. Sam informed me of each step of Nina's journey, her wellbeing, and around what time I can pick her up from AAC. Her response time to my text messages were immediate. And I had a lot of questions and concerns :) She made my anxiety level go down tremendously. They also offered to deliver Nina to where I was in the UK from Heathrow, but I didn't mind picking her up. Was pretty flawless for me, but I'm sure there was alot of planning involved. Thank you so much for your assistance!!

Nigel and his team have handled our pet transport needs for a number of years now to various destinations including Qatar, Istanbul and Canada and back to the UK, so it was a no-brainier to turn to them to transport our 3 dogs for our latest posting to Saudi Arabia from Scotland. Nigel arranged every aspect of travel from collection from Scotland to arrival in Riyadh, including the vet checks, boarding until the flight and all the necessary documentation.
Communication throughout was excellent and the dogs’ welfare (and our attachment issues!) were handled with humour and compassion. We were kept totally informed at every step and our dogs arrived safely and stress free.
