Sarah, Rachel and the Team (JCS) have been absolutely remarkable for us on this important transition.

We were earlier quoted (£££) by a well established UK pet travel business who suggested we had missed a certain vaccination and Junior would need to take the mandatory vaccination 28 days apart and this was quite nerve-racking for us considering the current macro situation.

We got in touch with JCS - Rachel/ Sarah who assured us that everything was up to date and explained the whole process and even had the vaccination card pre-checked ahead of any payments and bookings. They answered 1000s of questions we had with a smile and patience.

JCS were amazing relocating our labrador from the UK to Mauritius. Before the flight, our main point of contact, Rachel, organised the flights, export paperwork and gave us brilliant advice on how best to prepare our dog for the 11 hour flight. It made such a difference to her journey. The articles on their website are really useful too.

Their knowledge on the export process gave us a lot of confidence. Rachel had to step in when our vet had queries with the Export Health Check on the day of departure.

My husband met Steve at Gatwick Animal Services and he took Pippin from there. It was obvious he loves animals and he made her feel relaxed.

We had regular updates and Pippin was delivered happy and well to Mauritius. I highly recommend them if you are importing or exporting a pet to/from the UK.

Highly recommended, communication with us about our dogs journey was clear and responsive. We were updated on their arrival and throughout the customs process and journey the following day, importantly this was efficiently done but also supportive and friendly, we felt that the dogs were being well cared for, they were delivered almost 2 hours earlier than expected which was a great bonus ♥️

This is my 3rd young cat adopted from @StreetCatsofOman and they have a long journey to come to the UK from Oman. James Cargo and Pet Express UAE safely delivered my cat, Bobby, to me in Dubai in December 2025. Throughout the process I was kept regularly updated on where he was and what was happening, giving me peace of mind that everything was moving smoothly and that he was okay. Our experience with JCS was amazing from start to finish. We transported our 2 year old red fox Labrador from London to Dubai. Rachel was so helpful and JCS was the only company I found that was able to book our doggo on the same flight as us. It was a super easy process sending over all the info they needed. Rachel made us feel reassured and comfortable through the entire process. The staff on the day who handled Atlas were really friendly and helpful. I honestly cannot recommend JCS services more. They turned an extremely stressful day of moving with my pets into as comfortable of an experience as possible. When you arrive at their location for drop off, they have a comfortable room for you to let the pets out, take the dog for a walk, have a coffee and even a little rest on a cozy couch. Rachel, specifically, was really kind and made the process run so smoothly. Not to mention, their prices were extremely competitive.
